Changing my 2 star review: Boo on Burgundy
Like many of the other reviews, it arrived shrunk wrapped and flimsy. Huge disappointment. Iâll try some of the wetting and dryer recommendations Iâve read here, then send it back if not acceptable.Not at all like my 5 yr old grey. Nor the blue, which was fine, that I bought last month.UPDATE: I used the wet towel and dampening the pillow for 3 rounds in the dryer, 15 mins each time. Waiting 30 mins between each.Also unzipped it and found it is hallow in the middle, just put a few small soft towels in there to fill it out.It is now absolutely fine and usable. Iâm happy with these results. Same shape and firmness as my others.The color is a rich maroon and matches my other decor.SUCCESS! Keeper!4.5 star rating only because I had to spend so much time working out the kinks.

Will not fully expand, even after 3 days
I already have one of these that I got from a store years ago (ready to go, not compressed) and liked it enough to get a second because the first is getting old.But, this one came compressed in a box. It’s supposed to puff up within minutes.It did not.Right now I’m at 3 days and it still has not expanded fully to match the other one I already had. It doesn’t fill out the cover and feels floppy instead of firm. I’ve tried most of the suggestions and given it plenty of time, but it seems like this one is a dud.

Very poor construction
DO NOT BUY. Should have read the reviews more closely. I had purchased one of these tablet pillows for my wife years ago, same brand. It gets used daily and needed to be replaced. So, I ordered a new one. Received it, removed from the packing and waited for it to puff up, and waited. I tried putting it in the dryer and used a clothing steamer as directed. Still not as good looking as the old beat up one. Iâm not going to stuff it or any other fix, itâs going back but not sure if I can get it back in the box.I changed my review to 4 stars. After being disappointed that the pillow did not fill out enough to be usable my wife put it in a closet an it was forgotten. Recently she found it, while looking for something else. To our surprise it had expanded considerably more and was usable. it’s still not the same as the original one my wife had. This one has only two sides with a lip not three and it’s shorted then the old one.

Do this right from out of the packaging and youâll LOVE this!
I was not impressed when I unwrapped it from the packaging. It was small, misshapen- I couldnât see how it would EVER be right. I read another customerâs comment and she was RIGHT ON THE MONEY so I did what she recommended! I put the whole thing in the dryer with a wet cloth for 20 minutes and when it came out of the dryer it was PERFECT! Shape, stability- perfect! And the suede-like fabric feels great- it feels like a Squishmallow! Iâm SO glad I got it!

Pillow pads great for special needs granddaughter!
I love these pillow pads. We currently have 3 and am going to get one more. They hold the iPad great and when they get dirty I just throw them in the washer and dryer and they come out like new. My granddaughter watches videos in a restaurant to keep her busy because she doesnât like the noise. So I keep one in my car and two on the kitchen table. Love them!!

Not like my original Pillow Pad
My original Pillow Pad, which I bought around 5 years ago, was sold fully sized, on display, in a see through normal box, and NOT shrink wrapped. When I bought it then, it only came in gray, so I saw now that it was available in other colors, so I bought one in burgundy. As soon as I saw that it was shrink wrapped, I was ð¬, from my experience with other items I bought, which came shrink wrapped.I unwrapped it, and it was all wrinkled. I then saw from the reviews to put it in the dryer, with a small damp towel, for around 20 minutes. After I did that, it was a bit better. Then I saw someone said to dampen the outside cover. I did, and put in the dryer for 30 minutes. It has puffed up. The only problem now is thereâs a thin metal bar on the bottom which is uncomfortable on my leg. Also, my first pad could be flipped in one direction for three different positions, this one does not. If I want a third, I have to flip it around in the other direction, and with that, the metal bar is pressing on my leg. I will send this one back, and hope for the best, when I get the new one.
