All the info you need to know
Sounds good. Charged it for a couple of hours and can use it continuously for at least 30+ hours. I’ve had it for about a month now and it’s worked perfectly. Plugged it in to the optical on my tv and worked out of the box. If I set my tv to audio optical out sound only comes out of the headphones, if I set my tv to play out of the tv speakers it plays out of both. If it’s on the charger it doesn’t play. I can also Bluetooth it to my phone, it has a mic so it can be used for phone calls or just listening to music. Very easy to use. If you do Bluetooth it to your phone you have to unplug the charging station or it will automatically connect to the tv, not that big of a deal. It’s comfortable and lots of cushion. Everything I needed was in the box. Hope this helps.

I have bought several headsets but this one is the best by far! So easy to set to Bluetooth, all noise cancellation, the sound is so easy to adjust, and so clear, just a great headset! I am so happy with my purchase, and it was a great value for the money!

Allows everyone to enjoy TV without cranking up the volume to uncomfortable levels
Overall, these headphones work great, allowing my wife, who suffers from mild hearing loss, to watch television without cranking the volume to insane volume levels. The headphones sound good, hold a charge forever, sync audio perfectly to the video and are comfortable to wear for extended periods. We like them much better than the Sennheiser’s they replaced.A couple of nits….The headphones require a stereo PCM audio stream. If you have a home theater, without a splitter and a converter that will downmix Atmos or Dolby Digital to stereo PCM, you will have to set your system to output PCM, giving up the sonic benefits of Dolby Digital. Those accessories add additional complexities and expense. A better, simpler approach would be for the Ensemble to downmix internally, thus eliminating the need to additional hardware.Also, I found customer support unresponsive. I contacted them via email and never received a reply. Annoying.Highly recommended if you don’t mind the lack of multi-channel audio support (e.g. requiring a stereo PCM signal).

I love this product (Ensemble) and actually purchased a second set. Great product and quality at a reasonably price point. It is great that the headset comes with a charging station. I never have to worry about changing the headset. The battery lasts for way more time than I would ever use them and the are always fully charged since I place them in the charging station after every use. The headset I has very good sound quality and very comfortable.One of the greatest features that is very important as that after initial pairing, the headsets automatically connect to Bluetooth every time. I never have to re-pair them to the base station . Even better is that Avantree stands behind their products and provided great service. Riza at the service deck was very nice and knowledgeable and took care of all of my questions. One thing is that the ear covers can tend to get a bit warn out after about a year or two. While replacements are available which is great, I was a bit surprised that replacement ear covers cost a bit more than they should. Otherwise, very happy with this product and customer service!! Pleased
So far I am very pleased and surprised because it isn’t expensive. I have had two Senheisser wireless headphones over the past 5 years. The sound is great but they are constant problems. This last one that I just threw in the garbage ……the volume button wouldn’t lower so the whole house could here the sound. I did the reccommended fixes but none worked. Also. The static was on and off it was constant fixing. This Aventree set was super easy to set up (Iam 77 female) and no issues whatsoever. It takes up less room too. I love it!

Good fit, good sound quality, one annoying drawback
This headset feels soft and comfortable on ears (not quite over ears) and has good sound quality. I like the on/off switch and the volume control – both are easy to use and effective. The one drawback would prompt a 4 Star rating. Placing the headphone properly into the charging base is awkward and difficult. The headphone ear pieces have to be “managed” into the charging base and even when delicately arranging them in their seats, it is a hit or miss proposition. Nevertheless, once properly set into the charging base, the indicator light acknowledges that headphone battery is recharging. I would buy again because of quality fit and sound.

Purchased this product and have several comments:1. The listing DOES NOT show that it comes with ALL of the necessary cables to connect to your TV. As a consequence, I purchased an optical cable that wasn’t necessary.2. The instructions included with the head set are sparse and barely sufficient to troubleshoot problems. They do provide a link to their web site with comprehensive videos and instructions.3. I connected everything to my Samsung smart TV and “NO SOUND” after setting the audio output to optical only in the set-up menu. This is where the troubleshooting came in and in this, the manufacturer’s web site is excellent. They have an easy to navigate and understand flow as well as support available if needed.4. The resolution to the audio problem – leave it on the TV speakers and just take volume down to zero – the headphones have adjustable audio volume.The headset is adjustable and has multiple features that make it a winner – more than one way of charging the internal batteries. It is comfortable and blocks out external sound sufficiently to ensure you can enjoy whatever you are watching. The on-headset volume controls are tactile and easy to manipulate.The fact that you can pair two (2) headsets to one broadcasting unit is a real bonus.I recommend this to anyone who wants an inexpensive but good set of headphones to enjoy their shows without disturbing others.
