Great monitor and a great price
I have two Dell 27 inch monitors. This one was my second purchase. It’s easy to set up. It has a sturdy build. Excellent connectivity and the additional USB ports and sound port make it a perfect addition to my desktop. Color is accurate, picture quality is bright and clear. Use both dell monitors on a Mini-PC primarily as a photo editing platform, but the 4k allows me to work with high quality video as well. I have no complaints. I would buy this again if I needed to.

Great value for a UHD monitor!
For office applications, this UHD monitor performs well. If value is important to you, you likely won’t be disappointed.
tl;dr
When the work you do daily requires a full-time commitment to being in front of a screen to do your job, then the characteristics of that screen can have a substantial impact on your productivity, health, etc. Having used a “standard” HD monitor for quite some time at work, I was starting to find it to be too constraining and difficult to work on. I felt it was time for an upgrade to a UHD/4k monitor.
After some research, I settled upon this model, as it scored well on use in an office environment (according to rtings.com), it had consistently high reviews, and it was priced attractively here on Amazon. It also included speakers and a versatile stand, which were nice additional perks that I thought could come in handy. I took the plunge and have not been disappointed.
This monitor has met or exceeded all of my expectations for office applications. The picture is clear. I have ample ability to control brightness, contrast, etc. And the refresh rate remains at 60Hz as long as the attached device can support it. The stand allows for all the control that I could ask for in positioning the display, but I’ve since attached it to a desk-mounted monitor arm which I also really like. I should also mention that having 2 input channels has been very convenient, as it has allowed me to use it as a shared display between different computers. In a pinch, I’ve even used the speakers on a few occasions; they’re not very good, but then again I don’t expect them to be. Also, I have used it once as a monitor for a video game console, and I was quite pleased with it. Again, the audio was sub-par, but the picture (including refresh rate) was excellent.
For the value, I’ve been really pleased with this monitor so far. Since I use it primarily for office applications, I can definitely recommend it for that. And as a general-purpose display, it seems to perform well and should not disappoint much. But if you want something that will perform optimally for gaming (especially with high refresh rates), then you will probably not be considering this to begin with. Also, if you want something that has great built-in speakers, I recommend using a TV instead.

great monitor for work stations
I use this monitor at home hooked up to a work issued laptop. This means, I’m not watching hours of YouTube or playing games on it, just doing document work on it 98% of the time, so I can’t address how gamers would feel with this monitor, but for document work it’s just fine. Video also looks good on this monitor. I have older LCD monitors, and upgrading to 4K for document work does make a difference. Less eye strain over long work periods, text always looks clear and crisp. I got this 4K monitor because of the reasonable price point, about $200 and because it’s a Dell, known for reliability.

Great monitor for the price!
For $130 this is a great 32″ monitor. I am using this for work using engineering applications. I have 2 of them working off a laptop plus one of the previous 27″. (Debating if I get a 3rd)
A couple things to watch out for:
1) This is NOT a gaming monitor. 75Hz is slow by todays standards and the resolution is not great for this big of a monitor.
2) Windows will not down scale the image. I would have liked to use the extra real estate to get more windows open
3) My first monitor had issues right out of the box. Very bad flicker and then the screen would go blank and then all white and then back to working for awhile. So I sent it back. I had high hopes for this monitor. I did buy 2 more and those both work great so far. Kudos to Amazon for the return police. Just boxed the monitor back up and took it to the local UPS store and they took care of the return.

Stunning 4K Monitor with Excellent Display Quality, but Weak Integrated Speakers
I’ve been using the Dell S2722QC Monitor for a few weeks now, and it exceeds almost all of my expectations. This 27-inch 4K UHD display (3840 x 2160) is simply stunning. The level of detail and clarity it offers is perfect for both work and entertainment.
One of the biggest improvements I’ve noticed is the reduction in eye strain and fatigue compared to my old LCD monitor. The display is clear, bright, and a pleasure to use for extended periods. I’m so impressed with the quality that I plan to purchase another one as a secondary monitor.
PROS:
* Clear, Bright Display: The 4K resolution provides exceptional detail and vibrant colors, making it ideal for a variety of tasks.
* Easy to Use and Configure: The monitor is user-friendly, with intuitive controls and a straightforward setup.
CONS:
* Weak Integrated Speakers: If you’re considering this monitor for its built-in speakers, think again. The sound quality is quite weak, so I recommend using external speakers or headphones for a better audio experience.
Overall, the Dell S2722QC is a fantastic monitor with superb display quality, but don’t rely on the integrated speakers for your audio needs.

Iâve been a web, graphic designer and photographer since 1998. Last year I bought five different monitors all $200 more than this one and they all failed my tests. They were all returned. This monitor blew them out of the water. It is exceptional. Especially at this price point. I will be buying another soon. Dell has done an amazing job with his monitor. I am never super excited about anything, but I this monitor got me excited again! Well done!

I love this monitor. I love that the model I bought is height adjustable – in my photo I have it pushed down as low as it will go which makes it the perfect height for my workstation. It works perfectly with my Macbook as well as with my Windows work laptop. For some reason though it doesn’t recognize my Macbook’s input via USB-C so I connect it using HDMI. Oddly enough, I can plug my iPhone 15 Pro into the USB-C and it recognizes it as a valid input so I’m not sure why it doesn’t pick up my Macbook via USB-C. This isn’t an issue for me as I already had an HDMI cable laying around and had the “dongle” adapter for the MacBook. However this monitor doesn’t come with an HDMI cable so keep that in mind if that’s how you plan to connect it to your computer. It comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable, and a superspeed USB upstream cable but not HDMI. The monitor also does have built-in speakers but they sound like hot garbage. Compared to my Macbook Air’s speakers they sound dull and muffled. Imagine putting a small portable Bluetooth speaker under a couple pillows and then sitting on it – that’s how dull and muffled the monitor speakers are. But you’re probably not buying this monitor for the speakers, so it’s nice that it has them just in case you don’t have any alternative sound output options. Overall, an excellent monitor and can easily be a great substitute if you prefer working with 2 monitors but only have room for 1.
