Perfect
Wasn’t sure based on reviews but I took a chance. I am happy with my purchase. For the simple things I use it for it works great! Got it mainly for checking emails, social media and posting my book reviews on amazon and Instagram. I don’t think this would work for gaming and anything more than basic use. The pink color is a nice bonus.

Stopped working 10 months
It’s not even been a year and this has happened once before a couple months back when it wouldn’t turn on. Eventually it did after a day and I got behind on work. It’s occurred yet again and the laptop won’t turn on at the beginning of my work day so I’m screwed.The ram is slow for video calls. Don’t plan to have any other internet browser open, or definitely not 2, or it slows the video drastically.I use my computer for basics. Internet based work plat form and some storage of pictures or documents.Even for the low price I got it, it’s not worth it if I lose all my crap and have to get a new laptop. I’m gonna keep searching for resolution but I’m not finding many options.

I like that it is light and compact so you can put it in your backpack and it wonât be uncomfortable or heavy. Itâs also beautiful and fast. Iâm super satisfied with my purchase.

Poor choice for me.
This computer is nice looking and lightweight. I use iPhone and iPad but, my computers were always windows for home and work. However, Microsoft and the latest Windows make it almost impossible to use this computer. Iâm going to give it to my daughter and buy an Apple.

Faulty HP Laptop
I just purchased a laptop in April 2024. Today is July 2, 2024 and the laptop will not power on. I am disappointed. I thought HP was a stand up product.
