Better than expected
Son was incredibly impressed. Doesn’t exactly state anywhere that it has a backlit keyboard, but it DOES.Battery life is really solid under balanced settings. Apparently, it needed some fresh thermal paste but was no big issue. Easy to repair, upgrade, and maintain.P.S. Still not much support for many of these hybrid GPUs for Linux yet unfortunately, but it should be worked out soon enough.

Best laptop I’ve had. Fast, crisp screen, large backlit keyboard, great price
Of the dozens of laptops I’ve used (work & personal), this is the best ever bang for the buck. Lots of ram (32gb), storage (2TB). Fast CPU & graphics. Boots fast. Bright, crisp screen. Great backlit keyboard. Been using it for a couple months and I love it. Note I do moderate gaming (Steam), streaming, office apps. For $1,000, nothing else was even close.
