GREAT PRODUCT.. works as expected
I was surprised to find how well this product works. It not only displays the voltage output of my alternator but it does it in increments that change as the car warms up and the different utilities are run. With this product I found out that my alternator was not bad after all. This was a great purchase to keep me from spending $1000 at an auto repair shop when they tell me that my alternator is bad. It was just my battery terminals. I cleaned them. Now it’s all good and I can keep my eye on it now, from now on.

Measuring voltage is important.
This little device gives a very accurate reading of the voltage that is produced and distributed by the electrical system in my car. The only thing I do not like about it is that what I plug my Android phone into one of the receptacles on the device, the phone will not work with Android Auto. I have yet to find a workaround. Other than that I like the little device. This is the only reason that I gave it four stars.Update: The original is still working. I bought another for a stocking stuffer.

I’ve got gauges in one car, and “idiot lights” in the other. I really like the read out on the adapter. It tells me the battery’s voltage when the engine is off, the alternator’s output when the engine is running, and has four charging ports! 1x Type C, and 3 x Type A (one of them is “fast charge”. The “Read Out” is LED, so there’s almost no battery drain at all, so leaving it plugged in 24/7 is no problem.

Broke in a short time
Nice when it worked. But soon it would intermittently not work. Thought it was a loose connection, but the pin in the middle fell inside and that’s why it stopped working.
