I Don’t Get It
I got this assuming it was just a game emulator box. But it has built-in online multiplayer–but I have no idea how that worksThe controllers feel really cheap, and the box is small. I don’t really know what to do with this.

Amazingly awesome
So, for anybody in the market and want to understand what this is, this appears to be an officially licensed product. Meaning, this isn’t some unknown, unsupported hodge podge collection of cobbled together emulators. The is the NEOCADE Go15 and supports games from VISCO and PIKO, and of course others as titles are added to the “market”. This unit is a modern piece of hardware that features internet connectivity for worldwide play. I connected the Go15 to a 1080p portable monitor via HDMI and the experience was awesome. The display isn’t some soft interpolated experience, you will get a crisp clean gaming visual display. In the package and games included: List of 12 Visco and 18 PIKO original games:1. Very well-designed controllers in every regard. Since the included games are older, I don’t believe these controllers have any haptic feedback. The Go15 currently doesn’t have any display effects like scanlines, but it does have a scaling feature from original, to pixelperfect 2x and 3x. You can also select from 3 aspect ratios. As of this review, the market/mall seems to just have selections or options for co-op. All of the games offered on the unit appear to be from the 16-bit genre, with Visco seemingly arcade based and Piko being home console based. I’m not sure if it’s hardware or software based, but some games from Piko have a scaling function similar to that of SNES mode 7. For the “mall” you have to “recharge” and are presented with a QR code, that leads to Paypal. So far, each available game shows 99 coins, and you can go from 198 to 4950 coins at $1.98 and $49.50 respectively.I sort of wished the entire VISCO and/or PIKO library was available from the start, with purchase options for other publishers listed in the market, but who knows. Otherwise, this is a very legitimate piece of hardware and platform.

Decent
Never played any of these games before. There are some that remind me of some old Nintendo games but no real classic games that I recognize other than straight razor. The console works okay. I think this would be good for a kid under 10 years old that doesn’t know any better. Only includes 30 games. I also own an X2 retro game console which has 60,000 games on it. It does cost twice the price but it is much better and includes all the games I recognize from back in the day.
