Tips for helping mouse work
1. The data cable can only be used for charging and cannot help the computer recognize the mouse. And the USB receiver can help the computer identify and connect the mouse. So when using the mouse, you need to plug the USB receiver into the USB port of the computer.
2. The USB receiver is under the mouse, please remove the USB receiver from USB slot with your fingernails. If there is no USB receiver, please feel free to contact VEGCOO.
3. Please charge the mouse for about 2 hours before first time use it.
4. When you do not use it over 8 minutes, the mouse will enter into sleeping mode, you can click any button to wake it up.
5. It’s out of power if the mouse cursor moves slowly or stop moving.
6. The blue light beside the scroll wheel will be on while charging, and then goes off when the mouse is fully charged.

This product was amazing but for the fact that I went to charge it one day and the port to plug the cord into was gone! I donât know whether itâs my fault or the mouse. I canât even return the mouse because the return window closed a month after I bought the item. But other than that, the mouse is amazing.

Worked well but then broke
The mouse worked really well…. for a while. I received the mouse 1/07/2022 and I have used it almost daily since. I use it for 8+ hours a day between school, work, and gaming. These are my thoughts1)ChargingI loved how rarely I had to charge it (around once or twice a month) and the fact it worked when it was charging, but around the 3rd or 4th time I was charging it, I noticed the charger port was sticking out and angled funny. It still charged for 2more months but now it no longer does.2) Button FunctionalityI appreciated the placement and texture of the buttons. They were loud but I did not really care about that. However, about 4months in, I noticed that the two buttons behind the scroller were stuck inside the mouse, I was able to pry them out only for them to be hard to press and unclickable. I left and ended up sticking them back in as I did not really use them anyways. Then today 9/15 – 8 months after purchase, clicking does not work on either the right or left side of the mouse.3) Overall qualityThe mouse seemed solidly built on the exterior, but clearly the inside electronics are poorly connected and poorly placed so that they can move around inside the mouse. The mouse appears to be glued into one solid mass, so I doubt that I can take it apart to fix the electronics and get it back together in one piece. Another thing that bothered me is that the textured sides held onto dirt and dead skin cells. I tried to wipe it and scrub it clean but found the only cleaning method that seemed to actually work was to take a toothpick and run it down every crack in the diamond-pattered textured grip. I did not try submerging it and letting it soak due to not wanting to damage the electronics, but that seemed to be the only thing I could come up with to clean it better. It did not affect the use but was pretty gross over time.Although carrying it to school and work may have put some wear and tear on the mouse, I always pack my mouse carefully and my last mouse lasted over 4years through my use and ended up dying due to no longer connecting to the dongle. This mouse broke after 8months due to the internal components not being well attached to each other and the body of the mouse.

Didnât last a year
I really liked this mouse until it randomly just stopped working in the middle of my work day. It worked well when I used it with my laptop for games and on my work computer since the one they gave me makes my hand hurt. Iâm really bummed that it died and wouldnât charge at all after only 10 months. Now Iâm looking for a new mouse thatâs similar (love how it lit up) but not this one.
