Pleasantly surprised
I was skeptical about purchasing this laptop with little reviews, but was definitely surprised!! This laptop is incredible for the price, the touch screen works perfectly, the 360 movement is so convenient. It charges quick and the battery life is quite long. It looks like a brand new laptop, with no cosmetic damages whatsoever. I recommend buying this, 100%!!

A Horrible Product
The product arrived in a lightweight USPS box, loosely packed in a bubble-wrap sleeve. There was no power cord! Screws were loose on the laptop. When I turned it on I started the setup process, connected to my wifi, and then it wanted login credentials for a public school network, which obviously I didn’t have and there was no way to get past that. And then the screen started flickering. And so I returned it. A huge waste of my time!

Awesome WIN 10 Laptop!
First, I wanna say the laptop arrived in near new condition. There are very few marks and no scratches. It operates flawlessly. I needed a Windows 10 machine and they were becoming harder to find. I used to program Radio as and as a back up to my main computer. The touchscreen is responsive and precise. The battery life seems very good. It doesnât lag at all, but Iâm not playing games. I have used it to run an SDR radio and that works very well. For the price you canât go wrong.

Good for the price
Laptop works well. So far have just been using it for office apps and vehicle obd2 programming. Have had 0 issues thus far. Battery life is good. Item looks brand new.

Not as described
It is not like new condition. Crashes constantly can’t control the volume. Keyboard issues. Something is stuck in one of USB ports. Literally just has a uneven cheap sticker on front to cover scratches. Very disappointed
