First the bad.1. The massager was not worth the additional money. It is a weak vibrator.2. Basic Frame, If not careful 1. can tip over, 2. can break.3. You will want to replace the caster legs with wheels.4. The chair is lower than I expected but not terrible.The Good:1. The chair is well cushioned.2. The lumbar support is excellent3. The chair is comfortable4. The puches are nice, theOverall, the product price should be less than $219 but again, not a bad product for the money. I am a week into the chair and have used it in different fashions and it is not a computer chair, it is a tv/gaming chair.

The chair was great for a year. I literally bought on 11/22/23 & the massager stopped working a year after. Tried everything. On Max, it does nothing. When we first got it, it worked like a charm. Itâs a shame ⦠durability to last at least a few years would be worth the money. But only year, not worth it.

Lasted 2 months before falling apart
Bought this as a Christmas present for our 10-year old. Received and put together easily. Looked great! Our kiddo loved it and said it was very comfortable.By the end of February (2 months)- the chair had come apart at the seams in both the lumbar area and the footrest. By the end of March (3 months) – it is nearly falling apart. Such a disappointment!

It was easy to put together, but I don’t think you can take it apart. The massage function won’t work but the Bluetooth function and and speakers do. Very disappointed because I now have a chair that doesn’t work and I can’t take it apart to send it back. ð¡ð¡
