Not trustworthy – NOT properly refurbished
I bought one of these computers just under one year ago, a 13″ MacBook Pro, A1989. Immediately it had a “battery needs service” warning, but seemed to work normally at first. The only issue was that sometimes the computer would say it was dead when it still had over 50% battery remaining; plugging it in immediately fixed the issue, so I just lived with it.Then, 3 weeks ago, the computer refused to turn on. I did everything in my power to attempt to boot it, to no avail, so I had to take it to a technician, where I found out the battery was completely used up – its life cycle was more than 99.5% depleted, something that should take 5-10 years.I was sold a faulty battery. On top of that, the charger included was a generic brand charger, which did NOT meet the quality standards of the original, even though it is clearly stated that it must according to Amazon’s policy on certified refurbished products. I will be reporting the seller and fighting to get some of my money back, because this was a dishonest sale.

Wont boot up and tech support won’t call back
This computer looks nice but won’t even boot up, keeps trying to boot up to a netflix remote administrator? Tried reloading OS on line and still defaults to the netflix remote admin and will not boot up. Their tech support number goes to a “leave a message and we will get back to you” which is not true. No response at all so far. VERY DISSAPOIONTED>Dont waste your time money you will just be frustrated and dissapointed by this company!!!

Battery Died After 1Yr
Like others, my Macbook will now not turn on at all after reaching 0% and turning off. Itâs been charging for 2 days now.Like others, the refurbished computer I bought contained a defective battery that did not even last for 10 months after the purchase. I used it for an hour, twice a week.

Decent price for condition.
Laptop came in okay condition. Only major issue is a small white spot on the lcd which could have been caused by direct damage to the screen. Obviously has a sticker placed over the computer to cover other scratches. As far as specs, definitely received what I paid for and has been working very well since delivery. Laptop probably has been off for quite some time so having to slowly charge and discharge up the battery to ramp up to normal condition after being drained for so long is something to look out for. Other than that, great for work and light gaming.
