I recently reached out to support regarding this product. They were rapidly responsive, friendly, and eager to assist. They above and beyond with helping me with my issue. The product is great and can take much wear and tare from my little ones. The tablet offers parents the ability to monitor and provide security for young ones. The screen size is perfect for little hands. The case is perfect for protecting and allows for the tablet to stand for viewing. The pink colored case and fish are a cute addition.

EXTREMELY confusing
This is no doubt the dumbest, heck Iâll capitalize it for you- DUMBEST tablet Iâve ever encountered! Itâs extremely confusing, frustrating and beyond aggravating to try and set up.Aside from that you MUST have an android phone to download the parental app, itâs not available on iPhone even on safari. You also HAVE to create an adult account with a Gmail (because nothing else exists ya know ð¥´) to set up the childâs account. Then it wants you to verify on the app!The screen time limit is nearly impossible to set up and you canât add extra screen time, can you do it in the app? Hell if I know, I have iPhone and apparently people who own iPhones arenât parents!Your child can do more than what a CHILD should be able to do, thereâs apps you CANNOT remove even if you donât want your child to be able to open them. My child managed to get it stuck in safety mode AND screen recording ANND airplane mode ANNND opened my college emails at the same time (because they appear in the drop down) and sheâs TWO.Save your time, tears, and frustration. Just spend the extra $20-30 on a tablet that WONT make you wanna rip your hair out, cheapest is NOT the route.The one and ONLY positive thing about this tablet is the case. Itâs plastic with rubber corners so itâs very sturdy/durable and the stand on the back clicks into place.(No, this wasnât our first choice but it was our cheapest choice until we got the insurance refund to buy a new one. My fiancé stepped on our daughterâs NEW tablet, theyâre no longer selling the one we bought and we needed something delivered quick to compensate for his mishap.)

Itâs a nice tablet for the price. I ordered a 64gb. It is slightly slow with loading but not by much. It works really great. Nice picture quality. Sound is loud, but obviously you can turn it down. I love the buttons and the case on it.I wanted to get a tempered glass screen protector for it, but i canât find one that fits. I got one today, and it fits the screen but slightly overlaps on the corners with the case, so it wonât lay it flat and seal. So Iâm still on the hunt for a screen protector. I donât like the flimsy ones because they leave bubbles all over.An update on this, today it randomly just stopped allowing the touch screen. My son did nothing at all. It just stopped working. Iâve turned it on and off and it still wonât work
