My wife likes her faster laptop.
My wife likes her faster laptop. I had no problems connecting to the WiFi and later updating the new HP laptop with any updates required from Microsoft. I started up the new laptop with Windows 10 since that’s what my wife is used to using. I may change to Windows 11 after I test that operating system on another computer. As info, when I went to install another browser we like to use, the Windows 10 would not let me because it was in Windows 10 S-Mode. Since we have a lot of software that is not like today’s typical apps like you see on a tablet, I removed the S-Mode option, and installed all the software my wife likes and is currently using. I have to say, my wife is really impressed with this laptop.

Just over a month and the mousepad stopped working
35 days and the mousepad stopped working. I don’t believe this laptop has any sort of warranty because they opened it up to add the SSD (which I believe is what probably broke the mousepad in the first place). I’m just outside of the return window and will have to find a repair shop and pay out of my own pocket to fix a brand new laptop. Disappointed
