What a joke
Chair is expensive and for it to be a day late. The chair comes with missing pieces and ripped corners.

Not a big fan of this chair
Purchased this chair for gaming, and office use. First month was great, now I feel all the bumps and massage mechanisms while sitting on it. Great for massage (laid back), not great for sitting for more than 15 minutes. You feel bumps right on your behind making this an uncomfortable sitting chair.

Comfy chair
The chair is pretty simple to put together not much of a hassle atleast on my end. The massage/heat feature are great, no rollers just vibrations so you don’t feel any rollers when sitting on it. It does not recline pretty far but for the price it’s good. If you are tall I’d recommend a bigger chair as this one is a tad low. The bluetooth speaker’s need their own power source and the USB is located underneath the chair (the instructions don’t mention that). Overall I’m satisfied.
