A great upgrade from my old Windows 10 computer
The price was great for the features available, and it had additional features that my old computer did not have, like, blue tooth, SSD drive, and regular hard drive. It boots up quickly and is ready to use in about 30 seconds. Monthly Updates happen quickly. I have been using it for about three months, and I am quite pleased. Since I am retired now, I use fewer programs now than when I worked. Learning Windows 11 takes a little time, since it is different in many ways compared to 10. I did need to get a separate SD card reader, since my camera used SD cards.

A disappintment
The HP PC arrived promptly and nicely packaged. The boot-up itself went well and when software was up I started connecting external devices. The first problem appeared when some USB ports would not recognize some devices. I had to replace connections to find the ports that accepted my devices. But all attempts to connect my exsiting external speakers failed. HP technical support did not help much either. I spent two hours on a phone during which the call was dropped twice and I had to start from the beginning. Twice I was passed to a different department. The last representative tried to address the problem remotely and failed. She assured me that the ticket for the local technicain to come is going to be issued for repairs, and I would hear from someone shortly. Two days later it did not happen.Although it is a brand new computer, I did not mind the repair, even the replacement of the motherboard as the representative suggested as a spossible solution. But I cannot wait long for that to happen and will return the PC. Very disappointing from HP.

Not a cutting-edge PC, but much better than the older one I had been putting up with. Much faster, and can run Windows 11 (comes installed), which my old one would not.Good at the price. Happy I got it.

Fast, Easy to Set Up
This loads quickly, and the included Windows 11 runs smoothly. Programs run quickly, and videos and websites load swiftly and do not freeze or crash.The unit is quite large, but it fits nicely in a corner under my desk to save space on my desk. It’s also very quite and seems to run surprisingly cool, even after hours of use.The only issue I had was that I use dual monitors, and there is only one HDMI spot, so I needed to hook the second monitor up via a VGA cable – it was easily done but slightly annoying.
