First of all, it arrived quickly as promised, in two days! So, I had the time to test it (on a Mac M1) and wrap it up as a Christmas gift. The product itself works perfectly, has two nice features: the echo option for standalone use of the mic, and noise cancellation. It is indeed plug-and-play! Had no issues connecting it! The built quality is not like a Blue Yeti, but it does the job.

I like the echo feature because it adds good effect when you record voice. Sounds better when you’re nearer the mic. Sounds ok with instrument, but if you’re looking for instrument recording, better get an audio interface. Good enough for its price.

This microphone has a plastic body and base. But its a heavy plastic body and base. It basically does everything I want it to do. It picks up my voice extremely well. It also picks up my noisy case fans, but I have very noisy (Corsair Magnetic Bearing) case fans. I have software to remove the case fan noise. Anyone else would not have any problem with the audio quality. Have I posted YouTube videos using this microphone? YES! More than 200 views in less than a month? YES! My only change would be a disable button to disconnect it so when I want to playback my videos, my sound doesn’t stay muted (my system automatically mutes my computer speakers when I have a microphone connected). My workflow now is to unplug the usb connection. For all my needs the fidelity of the audio is excellent.
