DO NOT BUY. SPACEBAR NOT FUNCTIONING ON ARRIVAL AND CAME OFF WITHIN A DAY.
While I appreciated that renewed products may have some minor blemishes, I did not expect a $1000+ laptop to come absolutely filthy (the screen had marks all over it and there was dust and crumbs on the keyboard). Nor did I expect the spacebar to barely function on arrival then to fall off completely within a day of use. I am utterly disappointed with this product and with the complete lack of support from Amazon. On top of all this, the product also arrived late. I have wasted hours of valuable time trying to resolve this, as well as even more time that Iâve lost by not having a functional computer to complete work on. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this MacBook from Amazon.

I received it without the original box also with a fake charger not the original macbook charger. Very disappointed ð«

It wakes up thinking it ran out of battery
I love this computer: light, fast, beautiful.However, this refurbished model ended up being a headache:When I enter sleep mode, it wakes up thinking it ran out of battery! Only solutions are restarting it or plugging to a wall charger.Tried resetting all the advanced stuff â But still.Sadly, got it for international delivery, so it was not posible to return it within the 90day window.Amazon â HELP!

Still had activation lock by previous owner. Couldn’t even use computer. Wasted a week just trying to fix this disaster. Both Amazon Support and Apple Support said there was nothing they could do.

TenÃa miedo, mi primer compra de una Mac remanufacturada, pero llegó dos dÃas antes de la fecha marcada, efectivamente es una Mac que tiene las caracterÃsticas publicadas, visiblemente se ve nueva y en excelentes condiciones, la única diferencia viene con el empaque, un empaque genérico y un cargador y cables genéricos, la máquina venÃa forrada con un wrap de vinilo con textura, que me pareció buena idea. La maquina funciona correctamente. Recomiendo al vendedor.

Daños estéticos muy visibles en la carcasa de aluminio y teclas. Lo peor es que el touchbar no sirve y venia con cargador genérico. Muy mala experiencia.
