Hello, Primo here, recently I purchased a new power cord for my Reebok elliptical machine. I was very hesitat to order this power cord. POWER…CORDS.. there are million of these out there. However, finding the correct one takes time and patience. The item I ordered was the correct power cord and is working great. Remember , when ordering power cords, read all of the details on the old power cord if you have, that includes voltage, ohms and other electrical language. Also, read these items on the new the new power cord when ordering. Another challenge I had was not being able to find the model # of my machine. I know.. crazy….right? But it does happen on occasion. Especially if your machine is 10 years old or more . The item shipped was not damaged and delivered on time. I would reorder from this merchant again. Thanks , Primo
