Excellent quality
The laptop surpasses all expectations and functions beautifully. It was able to handle four game downloads while still setting up. Extremely responsive and loads insanely quick also has great customization options. Had issues with FedEx and had to return original order the seller used UPS the second time and was delivered with out a hitch. The seller was also very responsive with messages, usually responding within 5 minutes and very understanding and helpful. Will definitely use them in the future.

BIOS failed, unable to boot up, no screen, no ability to use secondary screen
After doing initial setup following the guidance and logging in to Windows 11, computer did an update to Windows, this is now totally locked out the screen. I’m not able to get any display on any type of secondary display, computer is completely unresponsive. Spent hours with Asus tech support walking the dog on how to troubleshoot it. Had this thing 6 days, and it is now a brick with cool looking red lights on the keyboard. I am extraordinarily disappointed in the customer service from Asus as well as the product not functioning and having a critical failure in the first week. This is my second Asus, and this will for sure be my last one and hopefully I am able to return it to the seller with no problem.

Amazing computer with less than average battery life
Even on battery saver, eco mode you’ll get MAYBE 2.5 hours of very light usage.

Default settings it does not run great but after adjusting can run max settings on any game i have tried and get well over 60 fps in everything I play. Cod,wow diablo I’ve all ran great on max settings.

While I love this computer, the case isnât as hard as I would have liked. It bends fairly easily and isnât much use as a âlapâ top. Must be on a flat stable surface!! or the touch pad sticks and acts as if youâve pressed and held it in place. This even happens when you rest your hands on the edge on the computer while typing or relaxing.

Got as a work laptop for 3D cad file building for machine grade control in our heavy equipment completely exceeds expectations, took a minute and research to unlock full potential of this T-Rex of a machine but for the shear power equivalent to the jaws of life used by our first responders during life or death situations you absolutely can not find a better machine to handle them 3day binder hangover style hard hitting jobs!!!

Graphics card damaged
Hello, 1 month ago I bought a laptop from New Jersey, Iâm currently in other country: Peru where I lived, and my laptop came bad, in the first week it sent me bugs and a blue screen appeared with an error of the graphics, I updated the drivers and it continues to give me the same error, the graphics card damaged and I would like an exchange or a refund please, this is unacceptable, thank you.
