Wonderful phone!!
I would highly recommend this phone!! I took it and had it connected to my cell provider and haven’t had any problems out of this phone as of yet. I love the phone. Also I don’t see very well so when I open it up to text or video calls I have no problems at all seeing the text and also the video chatting has a great view. Couldn’t ask for a better phone. Also I can’t take pics because I’m using the phone now.

DEFECTIVE PHONE
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 from (EXPORTTEK INC/ReNew Pros) located at 410 FREEPORT PKWY, SUITE 100, COPPELL, TX 75019, US. I paid $612.47. I wish I would’ve been able to inspect this product before purchasing. You never know what you are going to get online. I received the phone in a timely manner and the appearance of the phone was excellent condition. I charged the phone fully and began to set the phone up. It did not come with a pen and within minutes the battery started dropping. After an hour the phone needed to be charged again. The phone couldn’t even hold a charge! I reset the phone, repackaged it in its original packaging, and shipped the phone back immediately. This company has received the phone already, and told me once they have inspected it that they will issue a refund. This has not been the case. I have not received a refund and they have not responded to my latest inquiry. Not only did they send me a defective phone but they are trying to keep my money as well. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, reporting this to Amazon, and making a statement on social media concerning their business practices. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this seller! I pray they can act like professionals and return the money that I have spent, but so far there is no hope.

After having to wait for a SIM card from my internet provider forever I finally was able to use my new to me phone. I’ve had zero issues with the phone. It’s been a learning process for me but the phone itself functions like a brand new phone.

Black screen
I had this phone for 8 months and fell in love with it. Iâm so sad that it doesnât work anymore. it began intermittently showing the black screen on the fold page. So while hunting for a resolution, I opened the fold side and the phone completely died. NO ONE will repair this phone. Sucks because this is the best phone Iâve ever had.

I just got my fold 4 in and the thing is clean. Love the giant flawless inner and outter screen. Was unlocked and my prepaid visible plan switched without even needing a new sim. Just gotta order a case asap cause the shipping was super quick.

Reacondicionado de excelente calidad a un muy buen precio, llego muy bien, bien empacado y como nuevo funcionando en AT&T con esim, el modelo del teléfono no es para todo mundo ya que para llamadas telefónicas de todo el dÃa es muy resbaloso si lo ocupas entre el cachete y el hombro recomiendo una funda que le de textura para un mejor agarre, y al ser bultoso y pesado la experiencia no es muy buena cuando esta cerrado la pantalla es muy estrecha y un poco incomoda para utilizar con las aplicaciones aunque son totalmente compatibles no se muestran como un teléfono convencional por lo estrecho, sin embargo cuando lo abres cambia totalmente y la experiencia es muy diferente, cuidado llama mucho la atención, las aplicaciones muestran mas contenido de fácil navegación, mejora enormemente la experiencia de uso buena duración de baterÃa, no se calienta mucho y el pliegue es casi imperceptible, no es para todo el mundo pero es un excelente modelo

pésima idea adquirirlo a los 5 meses falla la pantalla se ve negra amazon no se hace responsable después de los 3 meses ni si quiera te canaliza con centro de servicio ni te da un ano de garantÃa además no te hacen reparación del producto ya que Samsung no recibe el producto en garantÃa y tampoco lo repara bajo costo ya que no es nacional y nadie mas lo puede reparar ya que solo samnsung es quien distribuye ese tipo de pantallas ósea que queda prácticamente inservible

Estaba muy escéptico al recibir el celular. El empaque no era muy bueno… Pero lo importante es el contenido. Wow con el celular, sà tiene sus pequeños rasguños, pero son muy mÃnimos. Una gran compra hasta el momento, la pantalla enserió que es muy buena. Ahora viene lo bueno y es su durabilidad a largo plazo.
