Fastest Iâve found for iOS mobile devices
â¦particularly my original-model iPad Pro. That guy was a write-off, almost, as it was too problematic to replace the battery and the lightning receptacle was so finicky it would only work with one old, nameless cord (no Apple cord would work.) (Yes, I gently cleaned the receptacle regularly, but all cords but that one resulted in a âNot chargingâ messageâwhich WAS charging, but so slowly it took all night for a full charge, IF the cord wasnât jostled.)Then I discovered the PZOZ cords with the built-in charging wattage meter. My old Pro now charged with those cords, too. At 2 watts=a couple of hours to charge unless you were actively, simultaneously using the âpad.Then I bought this charger. Whoowee! 12 watts charging. Even while using the âpad.This charger only has 3 ports, and my bedside and chair side chargers ideally need 6 ports to avoid cord-swap, so I bought a highly-touted, fast charging 300w 6-porter. Dang, back to 2watts, even if this âpad is the only thing using the charger.So this baby is my go-to for fast charge of my iPhone and iPad.

Cheap, small and can support 65 W on one port, but not multiple at once, 128W misleading
After looking more carefully, I realized this is literally a knockoff Anker 65W charger (NOT 128W), it will produce a MAXIMUM of 65W, the 128W is a straight up lie. Like if I was to guess, whichever random company this was, just did a grey market production run of the anker charger with some fake promises thrown on the side. So yes, if this item is cheaper than the official one, and you wanted to get a “deal” , its the same thing, your money just went to a rando instead of the people who spent money developing the product. Its your money, you can make your own decisions, decide based on the price if your morals are worth more than a couple of bucks.My original review after buying:I have an actual PD capable high power laptop, meant to be powered during gaming by a massive power brick. Therefore, an excellent test of the “65 W per port” this charger claims to offer.I also have a 30W capable phone (well, more like 24 W in realistic settings, but whatever).When just the laptop is plugged in, the laptop shows it is charging, and is well suited for normal computer tasks that don’t involve heavy gaming/simulations. (The computer labeled port does seem to support 65W)However, when I plugged my phone in, the laptop stopped charging, and as soon as I unplugged my phone, my laptop went back to charging.Therefore, although 128W would imply that two high power ports could be used simultaneously, that does not appear to be the real case.However, its small and foldable, probably a lot more convenient to travel around with than your official charger, if you need your computer to do stuff but aren’t going to be doing any “heavy lifting”.And the price was “too good to be true for the features promised”, so as long as you are cool with this solely being a portable laptop charger, this would be an acceptable choice.I bet if you had a lower, 40W lower power slim laptop and normal phone, you could likely charge them all at once, but in my experience, “128W” is just marketing, and does not actually reflect what it can realistically manage.I measured the surface temperature during “max operation”, and it is at 120-130 degrees F according to an infrared thermometer I own, which may or may not be that accurate (Pixel 8 Pro, default hardware). That’s “pretty hot”, but “probably won’t burn”. Imagine food that’s comfortably hot to eat without burning your tongue, that’s its operating temperature.

Disappointing Quality – Wobbly Prongs and Internal Rattling
I purchased this USB charging brick hoping for a reliable way to charge my devices, but after just a few uses, I’m left pretty disappointed. Right out of the box, the prongs were a bit loose, which was a red flag, but I figured it was just a minor inconvenience. Unfortunately, that looseness has only worsened, and now the prongs are so wobbly that Iâm concerned they might actually fall off soon.On top of that, something inside the charger broke, and now thereâs a plastic piece rattling around every time I pick it up. Itâs not only annoying but feels like a major quality flaw. The worst part is that the charger has become unreliable for actually charging anything! It only powers on if I wiggle it into the socket just right, and even then, it barely maintains a connection.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone looking for a dependable charging brick. The build quality is subpar, and itâs frustrating to deal with something that should be simple to use. Iâll be looking for a more solid alternative elsewhere.
