Beware of used Folders
Previously bought Fold2 & Flip4 from Amazon Renew & they both came in excellent condition. The problem is that too much can go wrong with the hinge on folding phones. I learned my lesson on this Fold4. Excellent condition means no scratches on the screen, which it clearly has. I was willing to overlook, because the process to resolve it is long & tedious. But literally one week in the hinge failed & would not open flat. Also, all 3 folding phones I bought did not come with the screen protector Samsung strongly recommends for the inner screen. In this case I lost $39 because I had to buy one & then return the phone a week later. Be careful with the folders, especially the Fold4 which has a redesigned hinge. If you must have one, do you’re homework, & if you can hold out, buy new. That being said, the excellent condition brings with it 90 day return/refund so in that aspect it was a safe bet, but they can dock your refund for certain reasons. If you are watching reviews on phones keep in mind that everyone reviews phones when they first come out. What you’re looking for is the “after one year”, or “problems with the…” reviews. 😉

Very satisfied with my Samsung galaxy fold 4. Even though this model is a few years old, it runs so fast and snappy it feels better than my iPhone 15 pro did. And that’s saying a lot because I’ve been an Apple guy for over 10 years. I decided to give Android another chance and boy am I glad I did. This is way more fun using this then a locked down stale feeling iOS device. And the seller was very honest about the condition it wasn’t clickbait. It’s in perfect shape and I would swear it was brand new if it had come with the original box. Zero complaints. Thank you for being such an awesome seller!

An older relative ‘had’ to have this phone, so it was ordered, arrived timely and looked and I am sure worked very well. The problem was the relative, as this phone was beyond their ability to operate. Return was a breeze, and within the 30-day window for same. Initial cost of $679 phone + $61.20 tax = $740.20 total. Refund was only $197.00 based upon a “Restocking Fee Refund Deduction: $543.20.” The phone had been turned on and attempted to be used, only way to find out it would not work for them. Before returning phone ‘reset’ to original setting per its menu. I more than expected to be charged something for this, but this amount! Should this fee be standard across the board, I have had a valuable monetarily/mental schooling. SHOULD THIS BE THE NORM FOR THIS DEALER, ANYONE LOOKING AT THEIR ‘FOR SALES,’ DO NOT LOOK AT – STOP BY SITE, WALK VERY – VERY BRISKLY BEYOND THEM AND THEIRS! I can find nowhere on original purchasing ticket/site anything related to this amount of a gouging should an item be returned. This is technically 8% of phone cost being returned to me ($543.20 div by $679.00 = 8%).

better than I expected, but possible battery issues .
I am and have always been reluctant to buy a “used” or “refurbished” item. you never know how it will come to you and what condition, even if its described as good. So I pulled the gun on the ZFold 4 because my ZFold 4’s inner screen died out. This a common issue with any of the Folds or Flips. And to replace the cable and/or Screens cost about $500 – $800… and from there, you wont know if the place did a good job or not as well .. Anyway, so I received the ZFold-4 when it was shown to be delivered. When i looked in the box, it was missing the power cube.. I kinda got upset about it, but after going back and looking at the description, it never mentioned it would have one… my fault there.So, I looked over the ZFold-4 and I actually tried looking hard for any scratches, marks or anything and could not find anything. This ZFold-4 was basically NEW… I was very impressed..So,after setting up the ZFold-4 i found that since this was an unlocked phone it did not have the T-Mobile applications ( which would be obvious) .. not a big deal though..So i have been using this for a few weeks now and it is still running good. I have noticed though that the battery life is not as good though. I have to charge it everyday.. my other ZFold-4 it was about a day and a half before I NEEDED to charge it.. so not sure yet if the battery may be a issue or not…I will be testing a bit more.. and if the battery still shows signs of degradation I may have to send it back, or try for another one….

Este es un gran equipo, sin embargo no con este vendedor, ya que vende equipos que en teorÃa deberÃan de haber sido revisados rigurosamente, pero este no es el caso, ya que el equipo que me llegó, sin caja debo decir, que llegó defectuoso, no encendÃa la pantalla secundaria al desplegarla, obviamente lo regrese, es importante mencionar que tú comprador tendrás que pagar el envÃo de regreso, y Amazon solamente te regresará si te va bien $400.00 de este gasto que saldrá de tu bolsillo, mi envÃo me salió a Las Vegas de dónde vienen estos equipos en $1,600.00, estaba muy emocionado por recibir está compra pero era un volado que termine perdiendo.Espero está reseña le ayude a no perder su tiempo y dinero a otros compradores.

No sé si aun tiene resistencia IPX8 la tienda “TECNONAR” aun no me responde esa pregunta.No venÃa la llave para abrir la charola del chip .A la baterÃa le dura muy poco la carga ,lo usaré un par de dÃas más para revisar bien su rendimiento.Con Respecto a la estética del teléfono, solo le falto la caja original y dirÃas que es un teléfono de tienda, por que llego prácticamente nuevo, sin un arañazos .

El celular solicita una tArjeTa sim de aTnT No Se encuentra desbloqueado de fábrica por lo que mienten en la descripción y no me han respondido mis inquietudes sobre el tema. No lo he podido encender por tener tarjeta sim Telcel.Por otro lado está en perfectas condiciones y es precioso como lo esperaba asà que no me dan ganas de devolerlo
