it was a gift from my wife for my birthday the chair creaks and cracks when you sit in it the chair will last a maxiimum of 1 year. huge money for little value. very disapointed

It looks exactly as pictured and was incredibly easy to assemble. The chair itself feels fairly durable and sturdy. It’s a bit stiff in the back, but it is adjustable. The kickstand/foot rest is not built for people with long legs like myself, unless you want to curl your legs up. The lower lumbar massager is actually pretty good for what it is. It’s more of a really strong vibration than an actual massager, but it still feels surprisingly nice. It’s separate from the rest of the chair and doesn’t come with straps to hold it in place. But, it actually does stay in place on it’s own. As long as you’re not doing a lot of twisting and moving in the chair.The wheels run smoothly over both hardwood and low carpet. The arm rest are a good height, as is the headrest. Like I said before, the chair is adjustable, so you can lean it backwards or forwards, and you can lift it or lower it.All in all, for the price and what you get, this is a pretty great chair. I actually would recommend it.

The right arm is a bit loose when bolt is tightened all the way. After 3 months the padding on the arm and seat are starting to flatten and I am only 190 lbs. This is a cheap chair. Oh and the speakers are crap

Big and Tall Gaming Chair
This was ordered for its big and tall quality.It does seem to be holding up well to my better half’s size.I like the color accents, we chose the black and yellow, and the pillowed sections hit right for his body.This isn’t a chair I’d want to spend an 8 hour work day in but it does the trick for a few hours of gaming or even watching a movie.The foot rest does an OK job.As for the motorized massage, we haven’t used that yet.Overall find this Big and Tall Gaming Chair to be of acceptable quality and believe it should last a few years of normal daily use.

Extremely easy to assemble. Very comfortable. Love the massaging lumbar. 10/10 recommend. I play games all weekend long and most evenings so I have really used this chair and have no complaints.

doesn’t really live up to it’s claims.
So much for a 400lb big and tall gaming chair. I’m not even 400 pounds, I was only reclining within it’s own realm of reclining and it snapped. Also, where the armrests bolt into the seat of the chair ends up being really weak and the armrests wobble a lot no matter how tight you think you have the bolts.
