Doesnât charge
We bought two tablets. One blue and and the pink one. Worked decently for a few weeks, we minimally use tablets and they loaded everything slow/lagged even being brand new. Our return window hardly closed and now they wonât even charge. Iâm not sure what to do now, and I canât find a page to reach out to the seller to return or get replacement.But they will not charge at all. We went out and bought new chargers to try too.

Perfect for toddler
We spent a whole lot of money on one that was supposed to be a learning tablet. It was so sluggish and wouldn’t allow us to add things that my son wanted like netflix. This tablet is so much better for a lot better price. The learning games are great and I was able to put Netflix on the tablet. We’ve downloaded some shows so he can watch them in the car on Long rides without having internet access. I would definitely buy again.Update: This company has been phenomenal. Our toddler broke the first one after many rough months of use. When we ordered the second one it quit holding a charge after 7 weeks or so for unknown reason. No questions asked, the company provided a replacement tablet for free. I have been pleased with this tablet and maker.

My Granddaughter Loves This Tablet, But….
This is a great tablet for toddlers (my granddaughter is 3) that’s powerful enough to grow with them. The ONLY flaw is the design of the “kickstand” in the back of the tablet, designed to let the tablet sit up on a flat surface. The short story is that it’s not a very sturdy design. So much so that we’ve been through two of them, both for the kickstand breaking and becoming inoperative.Everything else about the tablet is great! If they could redesign it to provide a sturdier design for tabletop viewing/usage, it would be near perfect!!

Broken Tablet
My son has had this tablet for less than a month and today it stopped working without warning. The tablet will still cut on but will not do anything else . I bought one for each of my children so Iâm a pretty bummed.

This product is AWFUL
Tried to connect to WiFi numerous times, shut the tablet down as well as restarted-several times. Troubleshooted and nothing. Unfortunately, I read the reviews after the fact and numerous others had the same issues. This product is TRASH and needs to be removed from Amazon. Zero stars. I will be getting a refund on both tablets.
