Make sure you want coil cords…
This charger and cables work great, but make sure you wanted a coiled cord first. I thought I did, but I end up having to stretch it, and then it slowly tightens back up, pulling on the phone. I ended up using the charger with another cord.

I got this car charger to replace one that unfortunately gave out. I like the fact that this comes with two different charger cables one for my iPhone and one from my new AirPods. The charging time is pretty fast and the coils are nice and tight so they donât lose resistance. So far I have had no issues and I use them daily. I highly recommend for the price and for the usability.

The cables on this bundle are top-notch. They are pretty heavy-duty coiled cables, so they stay out of your way in your vehicle, but allow you to pick up the phone easily if needed. Note that the cables are not very long, but would allow someone close to the charge port to use the devices. Not a problem.The springy-ness of the cable definitely does not help the significant “issue” with this cord/charger set. The charger piece just doesn’t want to stay pushed all the way into the power outlet in the car. You have to keep pushing it back in after you discover it’s slid out just far enough to not make sufficient contact on the tip. The 2 contacts on the circumference of the plug look like half a ball bearing. And they just don’t provide enough friction with the inside of the power jack in the car to make the charger stay put.Fortunately, the end where the cords are inserted does light up, so you do have a visual indicator that the devices are no longer charging.Unfortunately, I think this would frustrate me to no end. I may try to wrap the plug with some tape to provide more friction to keep this plugged in, or more likely, will keep the cables and look elsewhere for a charger to plug into the power port.FYI, I was testing this in the front seat of a 2020 Mazda CX-5, but suspect the same issue would exist on any car.
