It is a little darker than what it shows in the pictures, but I do love the darker purple! Maybe it is the lighting. That aside, it is sturdy and holds my phone at a good angle to watch videos or listen to music. If I ever need another one, I know where to go!

It is very sturdy and can hold the phone sideways or upright without any issue. I chose this type of stand because I don’t like the stands that attach to the back of a phone. I leave the phone stand on the table for my family members to use as well.
