3 months after purchase DEAD LAPTOP
I purchased this Sept 8th 2019 today is January 26th 2020 and in the middle of my work shift this laptop just shut off and will not power on, Amazon tells me its the responsibility of the 3rd party seller to replace, then I am told its Dells problem, who tells me its is Amazons problem in the mean time i have no way to keep my job, I am disabled and can only work from home and this is going to cost me my job.
