You may not get what you’re paying for (UPDATE: Customer service is GREAT)
UPDATE: I was able to find a cheap (<$10) valid Windows Pro license, so I have no complaints other than the description, which may have changed since I first reviewed it. The company has gone above and beyond my expectations trying to make their mistake right. I've gone from 3 stars to 4, since the increased price and effort into searching for a license were more frustrating than necessary. Still, their customer support staff, both phone and email have been extraordinary compared to other companies I've had to deal with lately.Original reviewThe PC is quiet and compact. Adding additional storage was a breeze, and being able to hang it off the back of a monitor is a nice bonus. The performance is acceptable for a home theater pc, which is how I use it, but I bought it because it claimed to come with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed so I could access it remotely over the network. However, it only has the Home version, and the company claim they can't do anything about it. They recommend I pay Microsoft an additional $99 for a license upgrade. At least they're not asking me to pay them, so there's that.For an additional $99 I'd have bought a different computer.

I have 2 now, use them for watching tv, internet and playing games. The Samsung TV’s I have are coming to their end so now using as a huge monitor instead of paying a lot for new tv. Perfect setup and cheaper for the cost..

Tiny and inexpensive.
Computer is about 4″ square, about 2″ deep. It fits nicely on the flat little foot of my monitor. I’ve had about a month and haven’t had any problems. It suits my needs and has all the USB ports needed, low heat, and is fast enough for my banking, research, occasional videos, and social media that I use.

Worked for about 9 months
I bought this back in January for business, and it worked great…until it didn’t.All of a sudden, the peripherals stopped working, and only one monitor worked, but I couldn’t log in. Restarting didn’t help, and I couldn’t even load into safe mode, because none of the peripherals worked!It essentially bricked, and am waiting back on customer service to see if they can do anything.I noticed that this one is discontinued now, so maybe there is a known issue, and they stopped this line.Will update in the future if anything changes!

Easy Setup! Excellent PC for Home use
Just plug in and follow easy instructions to set up or go to utube and Blackview MP60. I plan to buy as a gift for loved one. I like the easy expandable storage ssd. Old pc replacing and going form windows 10 to 11. Easy data transfer. Great product… Old pc 8 years old.

I do not recommend this item as Mini PC
I would not recommend this item as Mini PC for several reasons.I did check the ratings and Blackview MP60 was in top 10. But what I did not check is the company’s website prior to buying. Blackview is the mobile devices provider. Mini PC is their recent addition. They even do not have PC in “Products” section on their “.hk” website (or at least as of beginning of February 2024).As the lesson learned result – do not buy PC from providers who do not manufacture PC as their main product line.After PC was setup at the very first run, I did create a recovery disk, just in case.Shortly after reboot PC stared crashing with Windows famous “Blue screen of death”.I filled in filled up a request support form. On the form there were fields, specific for mobile phones, like: ” IMEI number(setting-about the phone)”, ” Build number(setting-about the phone)”. And there were no usual field for PC as S/N.I tried to find the “Reset PC” option in the BOOT menu: there is no such an option on this PC.I tried to contact Blackview support via chat on resetting their PC. After the message ” Blackviewï¼Connecting you with Blackview expert, Please wait a moment.” – there was no reply for 2 hours.I did re-set PC from Recovery disk. PC was still crashing after several minutes after reboot.So – I did return this item.There is only one thing that I liked in this PC: There is a very easy way to add 2.5″ SSD (not to replace the existing one), with no screwdriver needed. And if you do not need an extra SSD HD – you simply take off the compartment and the widths of PC reduces in half.

I liked that it works great except that it was shipped with wifi 4 and not wifi 6 causing slow internet over wifi. Works fine over ethernet connection. Also liked that Windows 11 Pro was pre-installed.
