Works good, solid support
Got this as a Christmas gift for my friend, he likes it. I installed it in the cup holder spot and it fits pretty good. The adjustment is easy to do and the arm is solid, it supports his S23 ultra with a case with no problem.

Works as advertised
The cup holder has a twisting knob that can be expanded to lock it in place. I’m pressed the the know can be turned very hard amd holds its tension to create a solid lock on the cupholder. It works on my standard car cup holder. The arm is not very long but its very sturdy and the height works for me. I’ve used it almost everyday for a month now.The only issue is the side clamps hold my samsung S23 on the bottom half of the phone. This is exactly where the phone keyboard is located. So when the clamp shuts its not easy all the keys. But that’s very minor issue. I can hit all the keys but not so easy when it’s clamped on the phone. Still 5 stars because it meets all my expectations.

Putting the phone in a cup holder seems convenient until it slips or tips, or it’s too hard to see at that angle.This elevates the phone and holds it in place, making it easier to be hands free.Took a minute to figure out how to expand the fins (no directions), but otherwise, so far, so good.

Works Really Well!
This holder surprised me! I’ve had it about a month now, and I’m VERY pleased with it. There are so many other holders available, and I read many reviews. I did NOT want to use one of those that attaches to the vent, because once you put one of those on, it’s very hard – if not impossible! – to remove the clip from the vent (in my experience). Also, most dashboards, I think, are textured, so I didn’t want to bother to try anything with a suction cup – and I wouldn’t attach one to my windshield, either. So, I decided to try this one. It works exactly as it should. The adjustable base can be fitted easily to your cup-holder size, simply by turning the ring near the bottom so the and three padded bolsters can enlarge or reduce the size of the base to fit – and once adjusted to your own, they stay tight (the rubber-ish padding on each one helps them fit snugly, too with no rattling (turning that ring lets you get to just the right perfect size – by tiny increments – it’s great!). The snaky neck is flexible, but good and firm. I liked that it was not very long, so there would be less likelihood of wobbling. (Don’t know why anyone would need one with such a long neck!) It helps the phone or device sit high enough to reach easily, but not so high that it interferes with your driving or steering. And then there’s the actual pad where the phone or device will sit. You can bend or move it in any direction and you can also change the angle of the little pad the phone sits on for optimal viewing. To fit the phone pad to your phone or device, press the button on the back of it, and the two side arms will move apart (see description for max/min sizes). Then you set your device or phone on the pad and squeeze the two sides together to fit snugly to your phone – and it holds! Once you set the phone or device just as is comfortable for you, this holder holds it firmly in place so you can be completely hands-free! You can even (when you stop the car!) press the buttons on the keypad and the phone does not wobble. (NOTE: I did not enter any stars for “suction power” or “adhesion,” since those do not apply to this type of holder) Very good product!

Fragile and stiff necked
bokilino Car Cup Phone Holder – this brand is fragile. One of the push-out stabilizers broke with the first use and will no longer retract. The item still works in the cupholder though. The gooseneck is also very stiff and difficult to adjust, especially when the sun is glaring into the car while driving. That is why it receives three stars from me.
