18 inch length is perfect for vent mount attached to USB for CarPlay and it worked out of the box. Unlike other cables the USB A side is properly marked for the correct orientation. Other USB cables I tried did not work with Car Play but this one was flawless

Worked for CarPlay for almost a year
This chord was one of the few my 2019 Subaru Forester would actually recognize for CarPlay (which is such a weird feature), and it worked great until a few days ago. Itâs early December, and I thought it in February of this year. Iâm not sure what happened, it just stopped charging altogether.Iâm replacing it with the same chord, because itâs pretty affordable, but am hoping this one actually lasts. Iâll update my 4-star review if it breaks sooner, fingers crossed it doesnât!

I got the iPhone 15 a few months ago and realized that i needed a CarPlay compatible USBC cord in order to use CarPlay, looked through every cord in my house and none of them worked. Finally ordered this one and as soon as i plugged it into my car, CarPlay instantly started working again! Never realized how convenient that sucker is till you donât have it for a while and slack on making your life easier by just buying this cord sooner ð¤£

Is not reliable for CarPlay
Great price. BUT constantly connects and disconnects from CarPlay, meaning interrupted navigation, charging, phone calls and music streaming while in use. Very annoying. Works fine for regular charging and while I donât use it for data transfer on laptops, always get the pop up to allow access if plugged into a device, so that functionality seems to be in order.
