XBLUE QB IP Phone Systems are a series of advanced communications platforms designed for companies with 4 to 500 employees. Every QB system includes popular business features like Automated Attendant, Voice Mail with individual boxes for every user, Call Announce Intercom / Paging, Conferencing & fully integrated Cell Phone system extensions. In addition, a full suite of advanced features are included to enhance business efficiency and productivity. Voicemail message delivery to Email, Call Queues / Call Center functions, Detailed Call / Usage Reporting and Call Recording are among the advanced capabilities included with every QB. There are no licensing fees required to turn on advanced features.
USE PHONE COMPANY LINES or VoIP PHONE LINES – With QB1 you have the option to connect up to (4) standard analog (cable/telephone company) phone lines and/or (10) VoIP Lines (SIP Trunks). The QB1 system supports up to (20) individual phone system extensions.
IP9g HD PHONES – This bundle includes the new IP9g Color Display IP Telephones with Wi-Fi & Bluetooth capability. Go wireless with the IP9g Wi-Fi dongle & eliminate office phone wiring. The dual IP9g Color Displays show call details, call logs & the call status of XBLUE Cloud phone system users.
ALL INCLUSIVE FEATURE PACKAGE – No Add-On Fees for additional features like Voicemail to Email Delivery of Messages, Branch Office/Remote Worker Extensions, Multiple Auto Attendants, Queues / Ring Groups, Call Recording of All Calls/Per Call are all included as standard features
CELL PHONE SYSTEM EXTENSIONS – Any cell phone can be a fully independent XBLUE Cloud phone system extension, no desk phone needed. Or, use your cell phone as a mirrored phone system extension and have your IP9g desk phone and your cell phone ring at the same time.

    Great Value
    Received Friday before Memorial Day weekend. Had zero experience with this brand, took approximately 20 hours to set up and program the way we required to make the transition seamless for employees and customers from old system. Was able to set up over the holiday weekend without customer support assistance although I will forewarn this system is fully loaded and basic IT knowledge is required to program to your specific needs. This is not an out of the box and ready to go system if you need it configured in a specific manner as we did. Great product, I expect transition coming back from holiday weekend to be pretty much seamless. Systems has all the bells and whistles one could imagine. Tuesday 5/31 update. System worked flawless first day in use, both employees and customers commented on the upgraded system from our old system. Called tech support twice yesterday looking to make a couple of little tweaks, and sales once to upgrade amount of lines and add our door bell ringer to the system. All three times the reps were extremely helpful and very professional. Very happy with my selection of XBlue. Update #2 6/3/22: Just learned I could connect my Bose Frames glasses to my desk phone and answer anywhere in the office from my glasses. Thought that was cool enough to share since you can connect any Bluetooth hands free to your phone for all day use. Loving this system more every day.

    Do Not Purchase
    Unfortunately the return window has closed as it took a long time to get someone to install the phone system. The system is difficult to use and understand. The volume on the handset is very week and there seems to be quite a delay on answering calls and hearing the person speak. If you are not dialing out your number very quickly, it seem to get lost in lala land. HATE IT!!!!

    It’s a good product very basics to use but remember you need a computer the access to The configuration. if you got it IT guy can do it for you will be better In my experience every time I call them they always help they always there for me and they show me how to do things so I can do it myself I already buy from them three bundles for my different Customers The system got alot Commands Believe me we will make your life easier if you buy this product-make your life easy in your office

    update firmware
    I was unable to change the ring time from the default 20 seconds until I updated the firmware. This system is more capable, but also more complicated than the X50 that it is replacing. It’s really more than we need. The administrators guide isn’t structured as well as the X50.

    You will have to call XBLUE during install…
    Came quicker than expected… System is easy to program, but, the newer QB b ox doesn’t have the “F4” Fanvil phone in list. you have to select “X4”. It was easy to get going after that.

    Buyer Beware
    These phones could be the greatest thing since sliced bread. I do not know. Xblue has decided not to ship all the necessary components with these phone systems purchased via Amazon. So when pay 75$ an hour to your IT guy and he shows up and troubleshoots the issue for several hours only to find that they don’t include a “Card” that is needed to activate the phones it can be costly and frustrating. More so, our company is without phones following a vacation and our clients have been fed up not being able to get in touch with us. XBLUE dropped the ball on this one and isn’t bending over backwards to ensure that we are accommodated. This is not my first Xblue system I have used, but I can assure you it will be my last.

    Decent system, horrid instructions, so-so customer service.
    Good phone system, instructions are hard to understand and ours was incorrect, had to call customer service to get correct passwords etc.
