I bought this chair as a Christmas gift for my son. It was easy to assemble and he loves it, says it is very comfortable while he is playing on his xbox. Unfortunately after we assembled it he noticed a small tear in the leather. At first i was a little concerned on how we would have to disassemble in order to have to exchange it for a new one. But i emailed the seller and they took care of it . They were very responsive and answered my messages right away. We are supposed to have a new chair on the way. I am pleasantly surprised and appreciate their quick and prompt customer service.
