Proper Posture
Pros: Chair overall is high quality. Assembly is very easy. The magnetic pillow stays put and is very comfortable. Seat is firm but not hard and conforms after a few days to your body. Lumbar support is very good adjustment is nice. Backrest is hard at first, if you are used to a very soft chair and most likely bad posture the chair may hurt your back as you adjust to sitting properlyCons: My backrest came with crooked logo stitching. After a week the lumbar support has begun to pop loudly and creak when I sit against it. It does not effect the functionality or comfort of the chair but is very annoying and worries me for longevity. The height adjustment knob also came with cosmetic damage. I have contacted Secretlab support and I am waiting to hear back. For the price things like this shouldn’t be an issue.Updated Sept 2022:SecretLab support responded and after verifying my various issues they shipped me a replacement backrest. I don’t know if the first one was just defective or old stock from a previous revision but the replacement’s foam is much softer and the lumbar support seems to actually move up and down where previously it felt as if it barely moved which I thought was just how it was designed. The stitching is also perfect. One defect is the threads in one of the mounting holes was damaged and took some effort to install. Everything else is good and the chair is more comfortable than it was before.

Amazing chair, no more back pain
I tried this and the Kaiser 3 Chair, ended up with this chair because while the Kaiser 3 was a great chair, it had two large plastic holes that sat on my shoulder blades.The secretlab Chair looks and feels smaller, but is ultimately comfortable and sturdy.I’m 5’11, 180lbs and I went with the Regular size chair. It’s perfect as is for me, but if I was 6’1 or taller I would probably look at getting the XL variant.I was using a $100 no name chair from Amazon for the last 3 years, so this was an amazing upgrade.The assembly was super straightforward and easy to set up by myself. The instructions were very clear and the packaging was secure.

Well this is a well-made chair even down to the packaging sturdy I got the extra large for durability lumbar supports great the pillows nice but the imitation leather is more like the quality of spandex I am disappointed though by one thing they only had it in one color of black and white I would have preferred to had the all black or the black with gold letters but beggars can’t be choosers but nevertheless it seems like it’s a chair that’s going to last a long time

Awesome chair… but wait for a sale.
Pros: This chair has everything you could want in an XL chair built for big boys, whether that’s tall or wide for you. It has all the bells and whistles as some would say. The arm rest move in every way possible to adjust for your comfort. The chair reclines and has back support. Even the magnetic head pillow is extremely comfortable and it sits a little taller than most chairs so it’s just perfect for me.Building this chair was extremely easy! Another huge pro for it. Right out of the box it feels like you bought a premium item that with the help of a giant poster I was able to slap together in less then 10-15 min.Cons: The damn thing is way overpriced in my opinion.. while I love my new chair and it’s definitely checking all the boxes for me… 700+ after tax is way too much for a chair. At least for me, I can’t justify anyone spending that much on something to sit on unless you have money to burn like that. I mean you could literally buy a brand new console and a cheap TV for that price.. or you can have a chair. Choice is up to you. I would recommend waiting for a sale, unless you can’t.Will you be happy with this chair? Yes I believe so.Will you hate yourself a little for spending so much on it. Maybe a little. But you’ll eventually forget and you’ll be happy in a very sturdy comfortable chair.Happy gaming!

This product is absolute garbage. This company is trash. DO NOT BUY. I cannot stress this enough. The chair itself is okay. But it is still mediocre at best. Itâs imply a chair. Nothing special or better about it than any other gaming chair 1/5 of its price.The company is absolute black hole. My item was delivered broken. I assembled it and notice the arm rest is broken and destroyed. It will not work or lock and the plastic is cracked. Now while this might not happen to everyone, contacting the company is impossible. There is no phone number. No way of receiving your refund. Believe these reviews. This entire thing is closer to a SCAM than anything.I rarely leave reviews unless it merits one in one direction or another. This is the WORST, product I have ever purchased through Amazon. Itâs a giant assembly box and an absolute hassle to return to begin with. You canât ask for just a single spare part. I have never been so annoyed and upset with a purchase. $650 WASTED.I REPEAT, BUY FROM ANY OTHER COMPANY. SECRET LABS IS A SCAM AND THE WORST COMPANY IMAGINABLE. THEY ARE TRASH DO NOT BUY.

You have to get used to it.
When I first sat in this chair, I hated it. Now hear me out, it takes like 20 minutes or so to put it together. After I paid the crazy high price for this and put a lot of work into building it I wanted to love it immediately. I didn’t. I sat down and immediately hated how it felt. It felt like a wooden seat in comparison to my older chair. But after using it for over a week I began to like it more and more. It’s not memory foam, it’s firm. Which is good! It works really well as a chair. It’s what it needs to be. Some people use this once and hate it and get rid of it. You have to get used to it. I was not gonna be able to package this up to return it so maybe I’m compensating for the price I paid by just getting used to it? Either way 60+ hours sitting in it so far and I like it. Amazing build quality. Wish it were cheaper though.

Yo soy de México, compré ésta silla en diciembre del año 2022 y la recibà a mediados de enero 2023.Es una silla bastante cómoda, los materiales en general se sienten de muy alta calidad, desde que te sientas sabes que estás en una silla premium, tope de gama.Me gustó bastante porque yo siempre habÃa batallado con las sillas por mi postura, ya que siempre mantengo mi espalda firme y derecha, otras sillas me jorobaban o directamente mi postura no iba con la silla en la que estaba sentado.Esta silla es la única en la que he podido estar sentado más de 4 horas estando cómodo, sin dolor o sin lastimar mi espalda.El soporte lumbar, simplemente increÃble.Recomiendo al 100% esta silla si eres una persona que mantiene su espalda y postura firme y recta todo el tiempo, de igual manera aunque no lo seas, ésta silla te ayudará a mejorar tu postura.

Es la mejor silla que he probado, es muy fácil de montar, el cojÃn va imantado a el respaldo del la silla también los reposa brazos van imantados, tiene dos ruedecitas a los costados del respaldo uno sirve para acomodar el lumbar a tu gusto y la otra sirve para subir la altura del lumbar, también te puedes reclinar y casi que te puedes quedar dormido ahÃ, sin duda es una de las mejores sillas del mercado.
