Good and affordable laptop!
I needed a laptop for college and this works really well. I also got to play League of Legends with it too, so you can play light games while also doing schoolwork. Battery life is good, and so is the speed. The design is sleek and modern. I love it.

I bought this to replace an HP laptop that was about 10 years old.
I was amazed at the speed of startup, shutdown, downloads and ease of operation.
The only thing it lacks is a DVD drive which I can replace with an external one.
Overall I am amazed with the operation of this device and the price was extremely affordable.

Excellent experience
This was such an easy experience, transferring my stuff over to this PC. The PC itself is plenty fast enough for basic email, spreadsheets, photos, Teams meetings, etc. The 1TB of storage is great and the memory seems adequate for anything I will do with it. The screen is nice and large and the backlit keyboard is a huge help. My only complaint is that the backlit keyboard times out after 10 seconds (to save energy) and that does not seem to be adjustable. I contacted support and they were responsive to confirm that point. This is a very impressive laptop for the price point and with the 2 year warranty, I feel like I made an excellent purchase.

Potential Scam
BEWARE. They have changed the product on here. I purchased the business laptop, all specs and details have been removed and the listing has been changed to the student laptop for $100 cheaper.
I took screenshotsâ¦Business laptop specs says it has a touch screen and higher performance like RAM, etc. Mine doesnât have a touchscreen. Since they changed the listing. I got baited and switched to the student laptop and overpaid.
Their return policy is worse. They have very specific demands. Even if you meet them, they charge a 20% restocking feeâ¦.always seems to be the ones that are sketchy charge restocking. Maybe if you were legit, you wouldnât have to charge a restocking fee to make money. Their support was 0 help and is aware of the bait and switch listing.
Hoping Amazon will help me out here. But seems unlikely.

Would not respond. Disappointing
I just received today. It is frozen with a fish on the screen. Iâve charged it for 4 hours. Sometimes when I turn it on it says âpreparing automatic repairâ then flashes back to the fish. It is completely unresponsive. Disappointed and returning.
