Gaming capabilities yes title AA not triple A games titles processor is not made for the triple A titles games nor fast enough etcâ¦can play Tomb Raider 2013 great but Rise or Shadow of the Tomb Raider them both are slow barely enough gpu quality to run them too probablyâ¦rise of the Tomb Raider can be played on low graphics settings just fine! Great for gaming games that donât need high quality requirements and etc!

I’m writing this review with sheer disappointment about my recent Dell laptop purchase, and I want to make sure others are aware of the nightmare I’ve endured.The laptop, which was delivered on November 25th, initially seemed promising with its sleek design and lightweight build. However, any optimism quickly turned to frustration when the laptop suddenly died on January 4th, out of nowhere. No physical damage, no spills â it just stopped working. My work, dependent on this machine, came to a screeching halt.Dell’s response was to replace the motherboard on Friday, January 5th. Great, right? Wrong. The laptop showed signs of life for the rest of the day but decided to die again on Monday. At this point, my patience was wearing thin.I sent the laptop to Dell’s repair center for a thorough inspection. A week later, on January 11th, I received a call informing me that they had replaced the motherboard. Again. This is unacceptable for a work computer â the one I rely on daily to get things done.To add insult to injury, the laptop was stationary in my office and wasn’t even in use over the weekend. The level of frustration I’ve experienced is beyond words

Excellent Laptop and steller customer service.
I bought this for my wife who uses it for doing her artist group volunteer work involving shows exhibits etcetera. She games alot on it with non graphic intensive games. It runs real well except when Windows decides to screw up an update. Dell’s support have been extremely helpful both times we needed it.

I bought this for my wife’s birthday. We were impressed by its speed, features, technology and size at a very very good price. If you need a superb laptop, I recommend this one! She runs complex quilting programs and this handles them with blazing speed.

Good work computer
This computer works great for desktop applications that support standard daily computer work. The minor downsides are that the fan is a bit loud and the speakers aren’t the best. During virtual meetings, the speakers tend to have a minor squeal.None of that bothers me too much. Overall happy with the purchase and intend to keep it long term.

This laptop has a great screen, very good performance, good Dell support, but it only charges using the Dell power brick. I checked the manual before I purchased, and it said that the USB-C port had power capability, but it did not clearly state that the port can charge other devices, but not the laptop itself. So it is a good laptop if you get it at a good price, but you will have a power brick to lug around just like 1999 I am keeping it, but at this price it should charge with USB-C .
