Powers everything well, but needs adaptation for some motherboards (like mine)
The Good: I had bought a new graphics card that required more power than my stock 250 watt supply could give, so I decided to give this one a try. I chose it because it was cost-effective for me, and I figured that having double my previous power would be enough to handle the low power demands of the motherboard and cpu, while handling the new GPU (nVidia GTX 1650) that needed 300-350 watts (I am not an expert on any of these things, my understanding is basic to intermediate just so you know). There are connectors on this supply unit to handle about anything you’ll find inside your computer case; the connectors are also pretty adaptable which helps quite a bit. Size-wise, the dimensions (given on the sales page) are nearly the same as my old supply, so odds are it’s basically a near industry standard size and should fit in your case as long as your current supply is standard-sized. The cables are plenty long enough to reach any connection you need to make. The sounds are pretty quiet, just the fan running and it’s not a bother at all. It was easy to install and has worked well for about a month so far.The Bad: This first point is irrelevant to many persons, but it does matter for me as my computer has a Lenovo motherboard with an irregular 10 pin motherboard connection. This power supply will fit the apparent standard of 20-24 pins (there are 4 pins that detach if necessary) perfectly, but I needed to acquire an adapter cable for my situation. I don’t fault the power supply maker for this as it’s a Lenovo design issue, but if you have an irregular power connection, this supply needs some help to function properly. The second point is that with the versatility this supply provides with all the connector cables, it comes at the cost of lots of extra cable stuffed in your case. Be prepared to spend a little time positioning the extra cables or tying them off to keep some free space. The Bottomline: I am satisfied with this unit (so far) for cost and performance and would recommend it if you are either replacing a dead supply unit or upgrading to a moderate GPU over your current one. I’m able to run games at the highest settings (within what the GPU is rated to handle) with no signs of slow-down or overheating, so the GPU is getting what it needs from the supply. If, however, you are planning on using a GPU of the most recent generations (nVidia 2000 or 3000 series/Radeon equivalents), this supply may not have enough power for you, and you would be better off looking into something more robust.

Quite surprised by the quality. Has been stable and no power issues
So up until a couple of weeks ago I had a Corsair PSU that had served me pretty well thought two game pc builds that were with a R9 380X and a 3070 8GB OC pretty well. At about the same time I started getting random reboots but mainly random GPU crashes where I could still hear the game going on in the background but then it would finally reboot. System logs always pointed to an issue with the GPU driver or with the Intel power management. Went down that rabbit hole and boy did I spend a lot of time on things that did not solve the issue, but to be fair, the PSU was not coming up as having an issue at all.I performed many stress tests using Unigine, 3DMark and OCCT and more often they would pass but once in a while they would cause a reported GPU or Intel power driver crash. I even tested the PSU on a proper tester and it passed.I was stumped until the PC had a couple of random shutdowns which was new. While checking everything over I moved the 24 pin MB cable and the system powered on. It stayed on for a while but when I slightly nudged it again it shut off. I can only imagine it finally developed a kink or break somewhere that only manifested under the right conditions.I narrowed down it could be the motherboard itself or the PSU. I wanted to get a similar or better PSU but I could not get a silver or gold PSU which I would have preferred. I came across this PSU but passed it over a few times cause despite the reviews I was being snobbish I wanted a well known brand. On a budget and wanting to either exclude the PSU and move on to the motherboard and decided to buy it.I am keeping this one.I have been running it for only about two weeks but it definitely solved all my random crash issues and has let me run any game I have and had power to spare. I put this thing through a 8 hour torture test on OCCT to stress the hell outta everything and didn’t have a single hiccup. In regards to noise it really isn’t any louder than the Corsair it replaced. I can’t notice any difference for better or worse, so I call that a positive. It’s been two weeks and the entire system has been absolutely stable. I am still thinking about getting a different PSU further down the line but if this thing holds up a well as the other reviews do then I will likely keep this one and forget about getting a different one. At the very least I found a good budget PSU brand I can recommend to other people who need a PSU but can’t really afford the well-known brand.

This psu replaced an aging 300W psu from a pc I use to experiment with virtualization. I needed more sustained power to run continuously many VMs on this little system. After a month of continuous use, I can say that this psu is working perfectly. It is very quiet and the power given from that psu is powerful enough to run all my VMs. The price is also very reasonable for this PSU.

This PSU is a fantastic value. Iâve been running it for a few weeks now and am very happy with it. It is completely silent when not under full load. In fact, so far I have not been able to get the fan to spin up on it, I only hear my GPU spinning up. This has been an amazing change after having a very noisy (old) PSU! It also seems to stay quite cool and delivers pretty consistent power levels. The build quality is solid, so Iâm confident it will last for a long time.

I bought this product many times and have never had a performance problem. I used to only use the in builds that hid the psu be a use they had the sticker upside down when installed installed in a case as per the pic I’ve shared. I couldn’t help but think what kind of company wouldn’t even reference what way the company sticker presents when installed… I thoroughly tested this product and always did well in all stress testing, even in over loaded configs this psu is solid…. I’m so glad they worked out the Sticker/logo orientation

Has had absolutely no issues for almost a year now. I haven’t been exactly “nice” to this power supply and it rises to the challenge every time. Runs very quiet, never gets hot, takes insane amounts of abuse and all for under $60. 100% would recommend this power supply, it continues to impress

I was impressed with the performance of this power supply. I wasnât expecting much considering the cost but was extremely surprised.
