Iâve not bought a ânewâ phone from branded retailer in years. Its a bad investment for me. I work in construction and seem to get three to four years out of a phone, unless I leave it on the back of my truck cover and drive off to then find my Bluetooth connection abruptly severed. That Note 3 wasn’t repairable. That phone was about 8 months old. Insurance coverage after deductible was very close to ½ the cost of the replacement, and It was for the same model, not the new release. So after a few spreadsheets and carrier evaluations. I found myself in prepaid phone coverage and buying a phone outright. It just adds up in savings! I do this with all my family members and their phone needs. Amazon has been great. I can trust the condition and specs provided here and the resellers have been courteous and accurate. The best seller Iâve had to date is with a Colorado company named RE-Cell. Re-Cell shipped super fast and was super pleasant to communicate with. I bought a Fold 4 at a great price and it showed up two days later exactly as described. Looked brand new. I charged it up and started the transfer of information over to it. Once out of âdarkâ mode, a setting I like, I noticed a perfect round black dot the size of a #2 pencil center screen where the thumb reader would be. Looked like it was supposed to be there. Googled it up to verify, and I didnât see it anywhere on images or adverts. I called the number Re-Cell offered in packing materials and a very nice person answered and offered two solutions to the problem. Full refund and ship it back, or exchange it and they would mail the new one out to me as soon as the post verified the âdottedâ unit was dropped off and had a verified shipping number at USPS. I shipped it the same day. I received the replacement unit in perfect order and on time. Re-Cell has a great process, fantastic people, and prices. Iâve purchased two S22 ultras and one Z Fold 4 this year. Iâll look for them again as my go to source for phones!

Black Screen – Don’t Buy
I was really enjoyed my Z-Fold phone for 18 months. Now the wide screen is completely black and inoperable. Too much to pay for a phone that only works 18 months.

Not really renewed
I ended up getting a replacement and thought they were pretty helpful until that one failed too.Phone one: It arrived with the previous owner’s crust in all the crevices and in the camera. The software was bricked and had not been verified.Phone two: It arrived looking pretty nice. It did not open all the way (dirty hinges). The “factory installed” screen protector started bubbling within 24 hours. When the hinge started moving more, the screen protector would fight against it. After 4 days, the backlight started disconnecting unless the hinge was flexed just right and this just got worse. The phone was in a case and never dropped.I called and talked to the support and got throw thru the ringer after being told I could get a replacement. They want a 50% restocking fee for something that probably shouldn’t be happening if they “renewed” the device correctly.

Got the phone from the seller with overnight shipping, the phone had a hair line scratch on the back and very little wear around the inside edge (probably because of a case ) the wear and the scratch especially the scratch was small and you really had to look for it , as far as the phone its been working great.

Great Phone but funtionally it is difficult to operate
I bought this phone because i was impressed with the large screen. However, after using it for 3 weeks I found it functionally hard to use. The phone has two modes, the first is the closed position the other is when you open the phone. In the closed position, it is only about 2 in wide, this made it difficult for me (with fat fingers) to correctly enter information on the keys. When the phone is open, its about 4-5 in wide which makes it very difficult to hold in one hand. It was easier to use when open because the keys were much bigger and easier to press without inadvertently press an adjacent key.. The phone is a great phone but it just didn’t work for me.

I’ve been using this phone for a few months now.It says refurbished, but it looked brand new when I first got it.I haven’t found a scratch anywhere.So far it’s working fine, and I’m impressed with the large flip-out screen. It looks like a mini tablet.

Salio muy malo al 2 dÃa que lo recibà dejo de abrir dejo de funcionar ya la pantalla amplia fui a samsung mexico y me dijeron que no le dieron el mantenimiento correspondiente tenia que durar 200 mil aperturas o 5 años de uso constante en la apertura el vendedor no ayuda en nada pide foto y videos como para deslindar pero amazon como deja que venda productos caros y no dan calidad a su producto cheque hay otro vendedor con mejores reseñas
