All your classic games
This little thing is cool. It came loaded with several emulators and hundreds of games. The card that comes installed in the device can be computer connected to get more games and emulator types. Super fun so far, I like the screen size and all the games Iâve played the controls worked well. Iâd say it was well worth it.

As someone who grew up with Tennis for Two being among the first video games EVER. I have to acknowledge the incredible advance in technology to even create and curate such a collection of games into a small form factor like this. I would argue that this device is perfect for the same demographic as another well known platform which was ages 9-14. With the exception that this particular device(s) is also going to be of interest to the nostalgic is us older people. The 4 inch screen is of course larger then the typical 3.5 on some other devices it still makes game play on some of the games quite difficult as the characters portrayed are as small as a little dot. That said, this does have the option of displaying on a full tv screen/monitor. There are thousands of games on this device. So it would be difficult to give a quality statement about all of them. I have encountered some curious anomalies with one that seems to enter and immediately exit without launching. Please see video. One of the categories of games is vertical games. These are common with the old style arcade games most of us visited when we were children. This group in its entirety displays in horizontal not vertical. I can not stress the value of a multifunction device. Here we have a device that not only is suitable for game playing but also as an mp3 player, video player and text viewer. The mono speaker is adequate for listening but not particularly good for listening to quality music. The headphone jack helps with that. Of three videos I loaded onto a SD card only one played. And the one that did play was extremely choppy in its rendering. If there is a resolution limitation there is no information in the user manual. The included user manual is far far too small for me to be able to glean any information from. I am including a scanned copy for those that have a hard time reading this small text. Bluetooth functionality would seem to be limited to controllers only. As I have several bluetooth speakers and devices around me. And none appear while the device is scanning. I do not have a bluetooth controller so can’t speak to the quality of functionality here. With the minor flaws I do love this device. I think with what is already included and the ability to add to makes this a great gift idea at a reasonable price. Edit: After acquiring a micro hdmi adapter, I found that the screen defaults to the tv/monitor to which it is attached to. This might provide a certain power savings as it is not powering the onboard screen.

Great little game player. Very similar size and gameplay to one will all loved back in the days.
Excellent little game player. I charged it up, which did take a few hours, and started scrolling and randomly playing through some games. Some popular games are included, but a lot of unknown games as well. The controls work very well. There is a neat led dancing light on the stick controller that is cute. Included is one microsd card with the games preloaded. You can also insert your own on a second microsd slot. Sound is a bit lacking due to the small speakers but it works. There is a port to plug in a wired speaker headset, but who uses those anymore. I have not been able to find if it has Bluetooth. But overall it’s a great little game player to pass some time on the bus or train. Even a few hours at home. Very nostalgic. A great buy.

Gave me instant Nostalgia
I didn’t know what to expect since this game console relies on a TF card to run the games. I took it out of the box and was impressed with how well built it feels. Its a solid handheld that looks great and the controls don’t feel like they’ll break from normal use. Everything listed was included in the box and it even came with about 80% charge on the battery. I was able to turn it on and start looking through the games right away. Its so many to choose from but I found 5 that gave me instant nostalgia. They felt decently snappy during gameplay and the speaker on the console gets quite loud The screen looks good with no weird color lines so overall I’m happy. I have a phone so did I really need to buy a handheld game…the answer is no..but I’m still glad I did.
