Broke after 3 months
I purchased this near the end of September. It worked fine for a while; ran most games at high FPS, and was pretty good for the price. There was some audio clipping, but I assumed that was a Windows problem rather than it being a problem with the PC itself. However, it’s now December, and my PC is no longer functioning as it should. The PC light turns on, but my monitor doesn’t detect the PC. This all started because I tried to boot the PC into safe mode; I don’t know if it’s something I did wrong, but regardless, this shouldn’t be happening after only 3 months. I have close to no knowledge of gaming PCs, so I figured a prebuilt would be the way to go – I believe, now, I should have purchased a different prebuilt. Customer support tried to help, which I appreciate, but I can’t seem to solve my problem regardless without possibly disassembling the PC, which doesn’t seem like an easy task with this particular prebuilt. I’m really bummed.I’ll edit this review with my experience if I’m able to return it and get a refund. For now, though, I’m severely disappointed in my first PC gaming experience.Edit: Yeah, no refund from the seller. Very sketchy. I would recommend steering clear of this PC; you can get better value elsewhere.

Bought for streaming
I bought this computer to replace a struggling streaming machine. This machine has exceeded our expectations. Granted, this machine has a GPU where the other did not, but I’m seeing a 18% drop in CPU.This machine was well worth the purchase price.

Great computer with zero set up instructions included.
Really nice Windows 11 computer, sold at a great price. However if you purchase make sure you have an active Microsoft account and password before you power up. Without that you cannot start computer and set up your desktop. There are a few garbage apps loaded you can easily delete but nothing excessive. Also Windows 11 on new start, defaults to Onedrive Cloud Storage for backup. If you prefer to keep your files off the cloud be ready to disable or delete this feature on startup. For the price this computer is def worth purchasing and Amazon prime gives you 30 days to return if there are any problems.

What the hell
Spent over $700 for this just about exactly a year ago and it performed GREAT for so long. I mean i barely had any issue. I didnât use it for much, one high quality game here and there but nothing crazy. Out of nowhere, overnight, it just died on me. I never do anything out of the ordinary- play a game or so for half an hour to an hour max every day or so, I always keep up on upkeep for my pcâs, I canât find ANYTHING wrong I tried EVERYTHING I could think of like clearing the cache, running computer spec maintenance, everything with files and the graphics card and idk much with the ram and gpu but DISAPPOINTINGLY one day it worked perfect and the next it was night and day. Every game is almost entirely unplayable because of the quality dip and lagginess, itâs hooked with ethernet so no wifi or internet issues, itâs insane how this happened when nothing caused it. Almost on the dot the 1 year mark of owning it. Do not buy this unless you want to spend almost a thousand dollars a year in replacing it for a new one. A great pc like this should NOT need to be replaced after barely a year of use.

Amazon Customer –
worst product, seller
I bought this desktop on June 20th to play games. I didn’t play games on this desktop even 10 times, but I sent it to the service center on August 2nd due to a drive problem. I haven’t received the desktop since then. I would say this is the worst thing I’ve bought from Amazon in the past 8 years. The seller’s service is also the worst. They didn’t care at all about my complaints. If they had given me a sincere response to my complaints, I wouldn’t have written this.
