Dead Battery
Received this in good condition in a timely manner. Charged it 100%, battery died in about 20 minutes. Thought perhaps it was not charged, so did it again. This time I watched the charge drop from 100% to 64% in 15 minutes, then down to 14% in another 7 minutes, followed by a device power shutoff.

Have to admit we were a little bit skeptical about buying a refurbished device, but this company is awesome. Product is in perfect condition. You would never guess it was preowned or refurbished by looking at it or by using it. It arrived SO quick-3 days faster than estimated. I would not have called it excellent condition.the screen is permanently smudged with something pink.The entire unit is not flat, it appears to have been bent.Functions as it should just not excellent condition as the ad stated.

I Love Apple!
This is my second IPad. The first one lasted me almost 14 years of daily use. It is fast, great graphics and plenty of memory. Easy to transfer all my files from my old IPad to my new. O would highly recommend!
