Amazing
Amazing for the price , highly recommend for a budget build but if you can save a bit more money for the i5 I would say do that , but if not this works wonders and is highly engineered for amazing and smooth usage ! Was shocked with the item and still works perfectly fine after 1 year and a couple months

Still powerful in 2024
Using this as my cpu in my main pc and itâs still going strong! Havenât had any trouble with performance or bottlenecks, and thatâs running at 4k all high and ultra settings. Feel like this was an awesome buy for the price!

More power than I’ll ever need
This has enough power to play ALL games. I don’t have a single one in my library that uses more than 50% of this CPU. It plays GTA 5, satisfactory, far cry 6, cities skylines, and it can even play UEBS 2 with 4 million A.I. enemies. I’ve only ever seen this hit 100% on benchmarks.Just because it’s an i3, don’t think it’s weak. 12th gen i3’s are more powerful than i7’s of older generations.Don’t buy the i5, i7, or i9. This is more than enough.Update 5-25-2024This processor is still going strong and can still play modern games. Runs sons of the forest like a champ never hitting 100%. Unfortunately I have found 2 games this struggles to run. Star citizen and grey zone warfare. It is 100% the entire time on both of these games. Grey zone warfare can still run at 80fps on ultra settings at 4k, but Star citizen bogs down so bad it’s almost unplayable. But still, even in 2024 it’s still a great buy and I still recommend.Update 7-18-2024I upgraded to a Rtx 4070 graphics card and this CPU still isn’t bottlenecking. I can now achieve over 120fps at 4K before my graphics card bottleneckes, but this CPU still only gets up to about 80%. Can run at over 120fps on most games. I also did some video editing with this and it was very fast. Never stuttered even once. Not gonna upgrade until 16th or 17th gen chips at least. Maybe later if it’s still keeping up with modern games as well as it is now.

Best budget CPU imo.
I’ve yet to have any CPU issues, it is powerful enough that my rx580 8gb is always the bottleneck. Cost me less than $100 and outperforms almost everything in the price range, also supports modern features unlike similar priced CPU.

The 3060 TI’s best companion
4 cores, 8 threads, a little over 4 GHz clock speed. Not bad, i3s have come a long way since the 7th generation!I put this one in a computer along with my 3060 TI and the thing runs like nobody’s business.COMES WITH A COOLER, DON’T BOTHER GETTING ONE. It’s a little bit noisy I will admit, makes a RrrrRRRRrrrrRRRRR sound when the load is going up and down but otherwise seems to work fine. I wiped off the preapplied thermal paste and put in a Kryosheet for nevertakethissystemapartagainjusttoreplacethestupidpaste.I highly recommend this CPU to anyone who is using a 60 series graphics card. You’re going to want to use an Intel i7 12th gen for 3070’s, and i9 for cards with an 80 or 90 on the end (though I doubt a 2080ti would be bottlenecked by an i7 myself).

Good
Good cpu, i use it for gaming with RTX 2060 super dualNo problem except the stock fan, need be replaced, not very efficient, buy another cpu fan like Assassin king or so good for it.

Works great for older games.
Most of My PC games are from the year 2002 2015. All the games that I threw at this i3 CPU run at full speed.

Great for beginner gaming
Read other more official pc building reviews from people more experienced and knowledgeable than me. But after doing all my research and putting together a budget gaming PC, this bad boy has a lot of bang for your buck.

Thereâs not much to say. When going budget, this Intel CPU is really great, and due to how cheap entry level Intel can be, you could use any entry level gpu and get the full speed with PCIE 4.0 or even 5.0 with a compatible motherboard
