HUGE Disappointment thanks to GOOGLE
I was hoping to use this to access my Prime Video collection or to use an SD or USB device to view videos when there is no Internet. NONE OF THIS IS POSSIBLE UNLESS YOU FIRST GIVE GOOGLE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION VIA A GOOGLE ACCOUNT!! This is totally unacceptable since I avoid GOOGLE web sites or products as much as possible which is getting harder to do. In this product GOOGLE is the Gate Keeper to using the device. The idea was to be able to view videos on a SD card as shown on the Pocket TV web site when the Internet is not available. Since you MUST interact with GOOGLE to activate the device, this will NOT work. Just to use Prime Videos or Pluto TV you MUST first give the GOOGLE Over Lord your personal information that will then allegedly find it’s way to data brokers that can then me monetized. GOOGLE allegedly records how you use the product as part of GOOGLE ANALYTICS. You can not see or read the privacy policy before activating a GOOGLE account first. In the recent past GOOGLE has been accused of allegedly not honoring a users privacy request. How I use a paid for consumer product or what videos I watch or web sites I visit is MY business and NOT that of any corporation. If any of this is inaccurate, please correct me with documented facts and I will change my review accordingly.

I am not a fan of the google tv ecosystem, but for my glasses (rayneo air 2) it is a good addition and the limited use i demand. Of course by DRM netflix app not available is a flaw and the airmouse function is not really making things better. But the buttons do the job and are intuitive to find and handle once you’ve passed the small learning curve.Since it is designed for glasses, and glasses are functioning superior with lesser light or slightly dark environment, i am a bit amazed the are no leds around the buttons, wich should make the usage more convenient. Locking the buttons should be greast also if u plan to keep the device in a shirt pocket, keeping ur hands free. Conclusion. At least netflix should be available and there is still lot of room for upgrades. But the device for now is ok and doing the most of the demanded and expected stuff…

Great device with one MAJOR flaw……
This is literally a pocket Google TV Streamer. Identical UI as the Google TV Streamer set top box for your TV. But, I can find no way to download movies or shows to view when wifi isn’t available. If they can fix that I’d give this TEN stars.

Absolutely Fantastic When Paired with AR Glasses
I picked this up, because connecting my phone to my glasses worked but was quirky. For example, some video apps required me to leave the phone screen on, and navigating the apps was clunky while wearing the glasses. This device gives the intuitive feel of a TV remote and great battery life.It did take a little time for setup. I had to connect to WiFi, sign in to my Google account, let it update and reboot, then install and sign into each app I wanted to use.After that, it was fantastic. It is just like using any Google TV device you may have used, and as a YouTube TV scriber, I was able to get a lot out of it for both live, DVR, and on-demand content across a range of apps.

An ideal complement for RayNeo Air 2s XR glasses
Very happy to include this pocket TV to my new Air 2s XR, i can enjoy all my streaming subscriptions and best of all it works also as a mobile charger while using with the glasses. I added 1TB external memory SD, now i will look to download movies so when i travel no more uncomfortable tiny screens on the airline.
