Very happy
This is way better than I expected. It was supposed to have a 2TB HDD and it came with a brand new Seagate 3TB HDD. It had no unwanted ‘extra’ programs like the new ones from Dell come loaded up with, a real clean installation. It boots up real fast and so far is running great. This is an excellent deal for the money.

We bought this product because our desktop was outdated . So we got this one and I will tell you we are very happy with it and impressed. Itâs fast. It was easy to set up and it works awesome with their other monitor. It does not come with a monitor. Very good quality purchase.

No CD drive
Doing my research, it came to be that at times this has a CD modem but not in all. I was hoping I would but didn’t get one. Otherwise, it seems to work fine. Keyboard is cheaply made.

Good PC but description is incorrect
Overall, this is a good PC and a good deal, but if you are buying it expecting a NVME HD as it says in the description, then you will be disappointed like me. Mine came with a 3.5 inch 2TB hard drive and a 2.5 inch 1TB SSD. There was no NVME drive but thankfully it does have that port on the motherboard. It did have 32GB of RAM and the processor was as described.

Works well and meets all expectations
I picked up this unit to replace an ancient HP all in one desktop. I wanted something that would be fast, a lot of RAM and run my Lightroom software flawlessly. After a small delivery problem, I got the cpu, set it up, connected it to a 43″ Hisense UHD TV and after setting up windows and the software – it’s all good to go. Works very well and I bought the extended warranty just to be sure that it’ll run for awhile.The included keyboard is very basic but serves all my needs and I’m pleased with the purchase of this refurbished Dell, hi-speed, high RAM, large hard drive and easy set up. Well worth the $200 price tag!

Nice computer if it worked.
I purchased this computer recently and had to exchange it for another one because a large white box kept loading and covering half the screen. When I got the second computer, it had the same problem. I didn’t install any software and even tried installing Windows multiple times and the problem remains. I called Dell support and they informed me that the computer was registered to our Federal Government and that I had to fill out paperwork to have the government sign off on it and say that they had sold the computer as it was a security issue. This could take possibly 2 weeks. I called Amazon back and they wouldn’t allow me to exchange the computer for another one for a second time and would only issue me a refund which she said could take 2-3 weeks to appear on my card. This process has been very frustrating not only dealing with the computer issues and exchanges, but I could hardly hear Amazon’s customer support person, as she sounded very muffled, there was a lot of other people talking in the background, and she had a heavy accent. It’s a shame, as I purchased this same computer several months ago and I love it. That’s why I wanted to purchase another one. What a shame.

Great value and same experience as with a new PC purchase
So far I am quite satisfied with this item. This is my first “Amazon Renewed” purchase, or refurbished device of any type.The first boot-up and configuring of the installed Windows-10 went smoothly. I am not sure if this i7-6700 based system can ever be upgraded to Windows-11, but no worries; with Windows-10, 32 GB of RAM, a 1-TB SSD and a 2-TB HDD, I am now able to run the latest version of my 3D-CAD and video editing programs, and just about anything else I can think of. I’m presently not into gaming, but there are plenty of graphics cards available if the integrated graphics chipset was not sufficient for some high-end games.This PC came with a new wireless keyboard and mouse. The mouse was the only thing I had a minor issue with. When pressing the left mouse button I could sometimes feel a physical interference with the right button. On close inspection I could see the ends of both button surfaces (between the buttons) not been sufficiently trimmed of casting flash. This was easily corrected with a razor knife, and now both mouse buttons press smoothly with no interference.Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and would not hesitate recommending STG for anyone looking for a great deal on a powerful general purpose PC.

I am impressed by the value this product delivers. The one thing I did day one is upgraded it to windows 11. It works seamlessly and is able to daily tasks like browsing, Youtube, switching between tasks without a sweat. Compact size so it was easy to be mounted underneath my desk.

I bought this after reading the reviews as I needed a new home computer. I’m not a fan of laptops which has limited opportunities to upgrade so I went with this desktop and to date I am very pleased with it. It is very quick and responds instantly to the internet or other software. I haven’t loaded all of my software on it yet but I am impressed so far. Loving it. The only issue I had is the delivery. UPS delivered it to the wrong address and I’m pleased to say my neighbor dropped it off at my residence. I called UPS but they wanted me to send feedback to the seller. Not good UPS.

ï¼1ï¼No mouse pad included in the package.ï¼2ï¼ Before I committed to order of this p.c. I submitted an enquiry into updating this p.c. from Windows 10 Pro to windows11 Pro, and the answer I got from the department was it was already a Windows 11, that answer gave me a peace of mind and my worrys; but since I received the p.c., I tried more than a week to do the update ï¼Windows 11 proï¼with no success. It said some files will not support the update, needless to say I am disappointed, cause in October 2025 Microsoft said will stop updating. You shouldn’t sell these types of PC.
