DON”T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH GALAXY EXPRESS DEALS WHEN BUYING A LAPTOP
I bought this laptop. After setting it up by following all of the prompts the computer went to sleep. When we tried to use it our password would not work. I called DELL and was on the phone for 6 HOURS trying to get the laptop to run with all of the software it was supposed to have. After 6 hours I decided to return it. The company is CHARGING ME 211.06 RESTOCKING FEE for a defective product. Currently Amazon is reviewing my complaint.1. DON’T BUY FROM GALAXY EXPRESS DEALS2. Read the company ratings for the fine print. Just because you bought it on Amazon you may be dealing with a shady company with terrible return policies that don’t match with Amazon.If I could rate lower than one start I would.I will update this post as things transpire.

Product is great and the transaction was easy. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that you used UPS for delivery. UPS has terrible customer service and is not a good choice if you value your cutomers.

Lifetime MS Office License Product Key “invalid” & Seller NOT HELPING!
I purchased this laptop a few weeks ago and have contacted the seller as the MS Office product key for the PROMISED lifetime access does not work (it’s an invalid product key per Microsoft). So far, it’s been 5 days of chatting with the seller and they have YET to provide me with a valid product key. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! BUYER BEWARE!
