So pleased with this purchase
I was pretty nervous about getting a refurb, but it is exactly what I wanted – A cheap, fully functional iPad pro with the buttery refresh rate that even more modern standard iPads lack. As long as you’re not concerned about long term compatibility, and just want a medium sized browser/Youtube that -still performs well in 2024-, this is absolutely worth it.

Great iPad and Great Seller!
We utilize iPads with our field employees to be able to access their emails, blueprints, and timesheets no matter their locations. These were a great find and shipped super fast. We had them in hand within a few days and set up for the new employees! They were bubble wrapped for protection and a charger included. They were all in great condition and barely any sign of being a refurbished device. We will definitely be revisiting this seller when more are needed!

Buyer Beware! This is (at least in my case) a LOCKED ipad! Cannot use other SIM cards!
This was supposed to be my backup for when there is a poor signal when I’m working in other countries. The description clearly states that it is an UNLOCKED Ipad. When I traveled, this failed me on two occasions – could not use a sim card from the country I was in. Had to travel back to the US at the cost of hundreds of dollars and hundreds of lost dollars in client hours.In their correspondence with me, they clearly stated that it is carrier specific and cannot take other sim cards, despite the description still stating (wrongly) that it is UNLOCKED.Do NOT buy if you are doing so thinking you will be able to use any carrier’s sim in this device!I have initiated a complaint/claim to Amazon.
