Many I’ve tried have been uncomfortable, fall out easily during physical activity, and often leave my ears feeling itchy. They just felt cheap and low-quality.Then I discovered the Soundcore Liberty 4 NC earbuds.Initially, I wasn’t thrilled about shopping for earbuds, but as a college student, I needed something that would let me listen to lectures while also enjoying music. I wanted the flexibility to have one earbud in for music while still being able to focus on class. Using traditional headphones felt too obvious, and having one dangling earbud just looked silly.Knowing my past frustrations, I knew I needed a reliable option. As a loyal Soundcore customer—having already owned their headphones, Bluetooth speakers, and charging banks—I turned to their earbuds. I trust Soundcore for their quality and great value compared to competitors. After some research, I chose the Liberty series, renowned for its high-end features.Let me tell you, these earbuds have transformed my experience! All the issues I had with previous earbuds have been resolved. They’re incredibly comfortable, so I don’t have to keep readjusting them. They stay securely in place, whether I’m walking, turning my head, or even doing jumping jacks—no worries about them falling out.The sound quality is outstanding. Like other Soundcore products, these earbuds sync with the Soundcore app, where you can customize your EQ settings. If you’re into personalizing your audio, you can even take a hearing test in the app. The AI creates a tailored listening experience based on your preferences. I tried it, and my music has never sounded better—crystal-clear highs, deep lows, and punchy bass.In class, I appreciate being able to wear just one earbud and still hear the lecture. If I want to immerse myself completely, I can pop in both and use the transparency mode to stay aware of my surroundings. At home, they’re perfect for blocking out distractions while I work on assignments, thanks to the active noise canceling feature.While I still prefer headphones for certain situations, these earbuds have become a staple for me. Some days, I enjoy the weight of headphones; other days, I appreciate the freedom of just having my ears occupied. Overall, I highly recommend the Soundcore Liberty 4 NC earbuds. I’d buy them again without hesitation!

Solid earbuds for the price
This is my second set after losing one from the first (here’s to hoping it shows up again one day). Overall sound quality is very good but I really like how they stay in the ear without getting loose or falling out while working outside which is my primary usage. Others have had this problem when getting sweaty. Other styles that are entirely in the ear have also been too heavy and fall out as the day progresses. The magnetic attachment when going into the charger is nice and the difference between which is the left and right is confirmed by the ‘click’.The case will pop open if dropped or bumped since it is magnetic and I wouldn’t be disappointed with a stronger magnet. Battery life is fair but for the price is acceptable and several sizes of ear cups are included although the ones that came installed fit me well.Initial and ongoing Bluetooth connection is easy although they sometimes lose connection for a few seconds even though my phone is in my pocket and makes me pause and wait for a text or call that isn’t coming. I’m no audiophile, just an old guy with some strangely eclectic music tastes and poorly sourced audio book listening.One gripe is the sound level is limited and when making deliveries at work in a not very loud truck and it is is difficult to hear even at max volume but for outside work in a a quieter atmosphere they are fine. Overall since I bought the same ones to replace the lost one shows I am satisfied with quality and price.

These are very good true wireless earbuds. Not merely for the price, but flat out very good.The sound quality is very good indeed – it tends to be a bit bassy, but overall the resolution is great. There are so many tuning options available, but I find the Hear ID test ended up giving the best results. LDAC is available for really high res sound (at a significant cost to battery life) but even with MP3’s recorded at a modest bitrate, these earbuds deliver.The ANC works well, maybe not the best I’ve tried but definitely serviceable. The passthrough mode is super useful too, though things sound a bit “tinny” compared to more expensive earbuds. I didn’t try the spatial audio feature yetThe case is nice, if a bit flimsy feeling. The earbuds pop in with a nice magnetic action and there are LEDs to indicate they are in correctly and charging. Charging isn’t super quick but is adequateThe battery life is stellar. The buds can easily go an entire night without needing a top up in the case. I slept with them in, waking up 8.5 hours later and they were still playing the sound of rain and thunder for me. Absolutely fantastic endurance for the buds and several recharges from the case make battery life a huge winThe buds themselves are a standard stem type, but are very comfy. The package comes with several different size tips to try and the app has a fit test to ensure the seal in your ear is good. The controls are useful, and configurable in the app, but are limited to taps and seemed overly sensitive to me under certain circumstances. Still, useful to have and very convenient. The microphones deliver okay sound for calls, but are probably one of the weakest links in this product.So overall? Blown away by these. Much better than the price led me to believe. For the average person who is not a huge audiophile, I suspect these would make one of the best choice available for day to day listening of music and other audio content, especially on the go (owing to the good ANC and amazing battery life). Highly recommended!
