This is insanity, I just want a computer!!
So this is as good as it gets for a Computer System , if you’re looking for a old skool system that is perfect for a little of this a little of that this is your computer. This is not gamer heaven or packed with all the bells and whistles, but it does play cd’s,dvd’s, burns as well. It plays movies and music, you can play games(Nothing too advanced), you can use word, excel, it really is a all purpose system and is rebuit perfectly. It comes with a mouse, keyboard, nice monitor, and a mouse pad. Oh it also contains a zip drive connector for wifi so you can cruise the internet with no problem. If you want a gamer computer or a system with a huge memory or faster cpu then pay more for a better system, but if you are a beginner(Like this would be a perfect gift for a kid), or if you are just a casual user and want to send a letter, or watch a movie this is the computer for you. Streaming depends on where you live and how strong your service is, but I am on broadband and live in the country and streaming highly depends on the service provider and how fast your refresh rate is. Mine on a cloudy day has no delay so I know the computer can handle streaming. Again performance depends on your provider and strength of the coverage. Don’t waste your money on thousands of dollars for a computer you’re not going to need, spend a couple hundred on a system that will work for you for what you need.

Refurbed Computer Breaks After One Week.
I bought a refurbed computer from Green Tech via Amazon. It was very nice but after one week it would no longer turn on, and that was after I had downloaded my Windows into it and all my personal information, including banking, passwords, Word, Norton Virus and all my files, etc., from the cloud. Green Tech wants me to return it all for the refund. I do not want to return the CPU with all my info in it but they insist. I can’t start the thing to enable removing Windows and all the other stuff. Amazon itself warns on the Returns pages NOT to return any device that has personal info in it. I have been trying for days to resolve this, like return all the other parts but not the CPU, or something. But I cannot get any help with the problem. I talked to one agent about it but he put me on hold supposedly to get someone else and then cut off. Now I’m being blocked from being able to get another call. I advise anyone considering a refurbed computer to just go buy a new one, like I had to. It’s bad enough to set one up and then it dies, but even worse when Amazon does not help in resolving the problem by making it so hard to get a human to talk to when there is a very specific problem, and then having that human, obviously someone working at home who is not interested in helping, cut you off. And now I cannot access the call page! I understand that ‘things happen’ but Amazon makes it impossible to get help in situations where there are unusual specifics, and that is not at all customer friendly.

DEAL OF THE CENTURY
My wife had an all in-one 10-year-old Dell with a bad sector on the HD.She does your usual basic stuff on a puter.I have been building my own for over 20 years at over a grand a pop & for friends that are gamers.I saw this said you have to be kidding me at this price & there are bad reviews & good.Ordered it, came next day, took me 15 minutes to set up & fire up. 2 Hours 2 swap everything out & finish setting up. It’s fast as an HDD can be on startup. Fully operational & for 140 bucks I didn’t have to build it!You will spend more on party night than you will on this.Highly recommend!

Excellent Value for the Money!
The computer works great. It was easy to set up and install. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the fact that the keyboard did not backlight and the speakers did not work. The keyboard would light up when the computer started but that was it. Only one of the speakers was working and the volume was very low. That being said, I didn’t buy the computer for the keyboard and speakers. It works great for my purposes.

Great buy for the money
This is a refurbished HP computer. It’s fast, I love the keyboard, mouse and speakers that light up. The monitor is 24 inches and the graphics are great. I really love it.

Not Everything Is Running Properly
I had just ordered this product for our business as a startup computer, I didn’t expect perfection for the price, but something updated enough to use. I had taken the computer out to set it up, no cable to connect the monitor to the tower. I ordered the correct cord and waited for that to come in, once it arrived, I hooked it up and had no signal on the monitor. It was slightly frustrating, but I decided to research and attempt to troubleshoot the issue on my own. One of the steps required was to hook the tower up to another monitor or tv so make sure that wasn’t the issue. There is no HDMI plugin in the back of the tower, so it was very difficult to find anything compatible to connect it to. (Unless I had a VGA cable, which of course I did not at the time) At this point, I had contacted customer support through Amazon, and they are currently reaching out to the seller. In the meantime, I drove to Wal-Mart to purchase another monitor to make sure there were no issues with the tower and bought a VGA cable while I was there. Once I got home, I hooked everything up and the tower works fine but then partially through the setup the keyboard kept having a faulty connection. For me at this point, it is the last straw. I’m not saying I paid top dollar for this product but the frustration that came with this since I received it has been overwhelming. Overall, if you need something ASAP with all components up and running, I do not recommend this product. Realistically, I would like to get something back for the monitor, the keyboard, and the cables I’ve had to buy that didn’t come with this product. It’s not worth the headache, next time I will just pay more to have a new setup.
