Fabulous Computer!!!
I love this computer. I love the big screen. The picture is so clear and beautiful. The sound is good. I love the keyboard is lit up with different colors. Very nice.

Very disappointed
Computer didnât last 4 months before it crashed and couldnât be fixed. Thank goodness I purchased the Asurion protection plan. It saved the day! They refunded me the full purchase price. The refund came via Amazon gift card writhing 8 hours and I was able to order a new PC the same day.

Update- 5 star added for customer service! I couldnât ship the computer back – so they sent me a Bluetooth speaker – my son is one happy camper!! Thank you!!Update on Computer:One more star added for customer service. (now 4 stars) The companty did reach out, to try and resolve my issue (broken speaker) However, this was purchased for my Autistic son, and we can not wait 4-5 weeks while the computer is repaired.Good computer for my kid. The screen is huge, but after only a few weeks, the left side speaker went out 🙁 I didn’t buy the warrenty, because we all know those are crap and a huge fight to have anything covered.When/If the right side quits, I’ll just hook up a speaker ~ But I expected them to last a longer.

Decent Value, But No Windows 11 Upgrade
This desktop is a decent choice if you need something basic. However, I was disappointed to find that it canât be updated to Windows 11 due to hardware limitations. While itâs fine for simple web browsing and has a sleek design, the performance isnât impressive. The video quality is acceptable as long as you donât have too many applications running.My biggest frustration is the lack of Windows 11 support, as this has caused issues with my printerâs ability to scan or print properly. Overall, itâs okay for light use, but donât expect too much.

Nice product, well described Gaming PC
Bought for school because typing 8-10 page papers on my Macbook was just not working out anymore. A lot of the specs are comparable to iMac, and Itâs a very good dupe for a 2019 or earlier iMac if youâre an Apple fan, and I came to the conclusion that itâs a prime candidate for a Hackintosh (if youâre into that sort of customization). I purchased the 1TB, 16gb, i7 processor version so I might try to hack it when summer rolls around, because I do miss my Mac.Out of the box setup is easy, and Windows 10 does have some sign on features that allow you to use your phone. I turned off Cortana immediately. Microsoft Edge is annoying, but usable enough to not download Safari or Chrome
