Great price for and add on handset for my phone system Our business phones never had enough locations to hear it ringing half the time so i picked up one of these off amazon and it paired right up.Works great and much cheaper than buying off their website.

No instructions, difficult to use. The base/chargers for the satellites phones are cheap plastic.
No pamphlet with instructions, difficult to learn how to use. Incoming call ring is too loud. It turns down the voice mail recording but I can’t find out how to turn down the incoming call ring. The base/chargers for the satellite phones are cheap, lightweight plastic. I had to velcro them to my table and nightstands to keep them from turning over when I pick the phone up or try to hang it up/put it back in the charger. Like the Call Blocker even tho it doesn’t stop the ROBO and solicitation calls, they just call back using a different number. I also like the option to save numbers to various groups. I’d give a 5 star rating if they’d improve on the weight of the charging bases for the satellite phones or make them more sturdy at least; and, provide a pamphlet with instructions on how to use the phone (even if it’s on-line and I can print a copy).

Sound quality lacks
Iâve had Panasonic cordless phones since they were invented, this model lacks in comparison!! I usually always talk via speaker, and it lacks big time compared to my old one, it was so noticeable. Unfortunately, I missed the return window.
