Great Product – Solid hold – I use it for Phone or Mic stand
Strong arm. Firmly holds phone in place even after an accidental bump. Stiff arm for which some complain it is too stiff, but if you want to hold solid and its great. If you constantly want to readjust and move throughout a session, the product may not work best for you. I would love to see a version with a longer arm, but even so the arm is not too short.

Sturdy!
This is the one to get! I bought this brand years ago. Worked great for 6 years. The claw finally gave out–after 6 years I still believe I got my money’s worth. I bought a new one but different brand. It was not as sturdy and it bounced a lot when I was swiping through. Too much residual movement. Was not sturdy and didn’t feel like it would last at all. I returned it and went back to this brand–I’ll never deviate again. Also, this might seem like the ultimate lazy person contraption, but it really helps with ergonomics. You are not at a weird angle if you like to lay in bed on your phone. It’s a neck saver! Another plus is I FaceTime my family often–this allows me to be hands free while I speak to them and I can adjust it to a more flattering angle (haha).

Updated: Seller reached out to me and offered me a new phone holder. It works great, but I am still hesitant to bend it too extensively so now I remove it from my bed instead of just moving it out of the way. So far so good!Original Post:Before it broke it was very sturdy and reliable. I didn’t even know it was breaking. I had this over my bed so I could watch movies before sleeping, and would regularly move to out of the way when I was done.It held my phone securely in place and let me easily position it comfortably.Unfortunately it snapped last night while I was using it. I tried find a contact info for support but it appears to go nowhere. Sadly I cannot recommend this product and will be searching for an alternative.

Works better than I expected
Amazon being what it is, you never know what to can expect from certain products these days but I was actually pretty surprised by the strength of the cord/arm thatâs held my phone on this thing. Initially I bought this because where I hunt my cell phone has to remain in a very very precise position to just get one bar of reception so initially I planned on just using this arm to hold my phone in that position but I also was able to use it to record videos and take pictures of my deer feeder. After I got the arm bent to the exact position that I wanted it stayed and even was stiff enough that it didnât move with me zooming in and out using my fingers. The arm is quite strong and will definitely hold even larger newer iPhones in its grip without bending out of the position you put it in id bet. It works really well. Held my iPhone 12 Pro all morning while in the blind.

Good for viewing phone, not for using phone
The clamp is strong and the gooseneck is long and flexible. Both the clamp for the table and for the phone is large enough to accommodate many phones and surface widths. Price is good for what you can do with it, compared to other similar stands. It doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy – the gooseneck is actually pretty tough to get into the swirl position in the pics. I have a Samsung S24 Ultra. Works great if you are just watching videos on your phone at your desk or while in bed or couch (as long as you have something solid to clamp it to.)But if you want to use your phone, like scrolling, tapping on it to play a game, drawing on it or using your finger or stylus to write notes, the phone will wobble due to the gooseneck design until you settle it with your hands. At night I play games on my phone to wind down like candy crush or merging games, or I like to enter notes in my e-journal or calendar, and I would have to hold the phone with my other hand while it was in the holder every time I wanted to move a game piece by tapping or dragging and item across the screen, or if I was writing a long note, because as soon as I tapped the phone it would wobble relentlessly until I stabilized it with my other hand. And it wasn’t wobbly from the base or clamp, it’s wobbly because the phone is unstable on the end of a gooseneck arm and the weight of the phone coupled with the flexibility of the arm makes it move around whenever you tap the phone, especially if you are playing a game and you’re tapping in repeating motions.So it’s great if you are reading a e-book or some other websites like news or whatever, or watching videos or a show, or even taking selfies or recording videos with a remote trigger, things that require very little interaction with the phone screen itself. But if you need to be touching your phone a lot, this is not the arm for you. Go with something more stable, rigid, and sturdy, i.e. not a gooseneck arm. What you’ll loose in flexibility, you’ll gain in stability and usability.

Sturdy and solid
I have bought many Lamicall products. All have been very reliable, high quality and were designed with the user in mindâ¦unlike so many other cheaper, lower quality âcomparableâ items. I have their tablet stands for my iPads (both one that only adjusts at the top, and a collapsable for travel). I use another to hold an 8×10 dry erase board. I have their car vent phone holder. All used with great success.This one is for the times when I get caught off guard and have to grab my ICE bag with little time to fiddle with anything elseâ¦like an unexpected trip to the hospital. The ability to easily attach it to a table and it stays put so well is terrific.It does not slide off a smooth wood surface. The phone holder part is great, and holds phone securely. Only thing that might present a challenge for someone is that itâs built a bit too solidly. Wrestling with the arm to position the phone as desired takes a little muscle, at least in the beginning.Note that it is only intended to hold the phone *horizontally*, as the photos show. I have an iPhone 11, and it fits fine. It wonât hold a phone vertically, and is not wide enough to hold an iPad horizontally.

Allzu häufiges biegen des Schwanenhalses würde ich aber nicht empfehlen, da dieser mit Sicherheit irgendwann brechen könnte.
